The property includes ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling, laundry with WM & Dryer and separate toilet. This beauty will enable you to fully relax with your family and enjoy everything Portsea has to offer, all in a beautiful modern setting. You can also walk to the Portsea back beach, SLSC or if you want a quick drive you can pop down to Sorrento Village, stop off for some shopping, movies or a coastal walk. This is the break that you have been dreaming of.

Amazing House & Great Location

Property was clean throughout. Great indoor lounge room and dining and huge outdoor table for alfreso dining. Plenty of utensils (knives were sharp!), cutlery & crockery, basic pantry staples. 20 min walk to Portsea and the Pub. Fantastic property.
