Worst place to stay in LA

Worst place to stay in LA. Meth lad running downstairs. There is no property management they won’t even give me their address so that I can go and talk to them. And the locked didn’t work the whole time I was there

Convenient, safe stay for a small family

We enjoyed staying at this place. It had all the amenities, full kitchen away from the bedroom, nicely updated bathroom, own parking spot behind the unit. Just a couple of things to point out. We stayed for over a week and noticed it didn’t have any rugs or even a bath mat to step out on after showering. The bed was only a full size and not comfortable at all. If you moved on one side the other person would definitely feel it. The sun was super bright through the bedroom window so black out curtains would have been nice. There were no kitchen towels to dry the dishes on, or any kind of foil or plastic wrap to cover food after cooking. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us. Convenient to order groceries delivered to our door. We would definitely stay again!

Listing not accurate

The listing described a gated villa with a "spacious yard to enjoy tranquility" which in reality was a small concrete pad off the driveway with no furniture. Not that we cared but there were no gates to be seen anywhere. There were no carpets as shown in photos so the very loud road noise reverberated around the house. It was like sleeping on the median of the highway with trucks roaring by all night. None of us could sleep, so could only stay one of the 4 days we had planned. The promised "made up extra bed" was a mattress up against the wall with only a bottom sheet (we found in the dryer) and no pillows. There was no "pull out couch" as promised. The creaky bed was on rollers on the non carpeted floor, so it rolled about as we slept and was loud enough to be heard above the road noise. There was nothing "relaxing" about this place. The management company and owner were kind and sympathetic but only gave us half of our money back and not the 75% we asked for.

Perfect, safe location in N. Hollywood!

My son and I loved this apartment so much! It was close to everything we wanted to see, located in a very nice, safe neighborhood close to Universal and Hollywood sites/tours just minutes away. Property owner answered any questions promptly! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for LA

The location worked out well for our weekend in LA, close enough to get to Hollywood fast! The manager was incredibly helpful before and after the stay, the property was mostly clean and it was a very welcoming and comfortable space. Would stay here again!
