Very Charming Lake front Cabin offering 2000 Sq. Ft, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2 Story, Boat Dock & Private Beach, Walking distance to Downtown Village Shopping & Dining, located in Central Big Bear Lake.

This home is so warm and inviting with the feel of a real classic Big Bear Cabin. The Living Quarters, Two Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom are on the entry level. The Upper Level offers 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.

The Spacious Kitchen is equipped with all modern Appliances, Dishwasher and plenty of Cooking Utensils. There is a bar-top counter connecting the Kitchen to the formal Dining Room, offering a Dining Table to seat 8 Guests. The Living Room is very comfortable providing plenty of couches and chairs, Flat Screen TV, Wood Burning, Rock Fireplace, Door to access the back Deck and Beach, and an additional dining area with a table for 4 guests..... all rooms have views of the lake! The 1st Bedroom offers a Queen Bed, the 2nd Bedroom offers two Twin Beds and there is a Bathroom w/Shower on this level.

The Upper Level offers the Master Bedroom with a King Bed, TV and a great view of the Lake! The 4th Bedroom offers a Bunk Bed with a Twin and Double bed & Queen Futon Couch, also has a mini pool table for the kids. There is a full Bathroom with a Bathtub on this level and a Bathroom w/Shower.

This home is located on the Lake and has a private boat dock....and best of all it has a Private Sandy Beach and a Sand Pit for Horse Shoe game! The Lakeside Deck is quite expansive offering separate levels of seating areas, patio furniture and tables for dining. The deck can be closed off with easy sliding gates and there is a Propane BBQ.

The home offers Level Entry and Parking for 4 cars, with room for a boat trailer, Cable Television, DVD/VCR Player, WiFi, Wood Burning Rock Fireplace, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Lake Views, Centrally located walking distance to Downtown Village & Big Bear Marina, Board Games, Horse Shoe Pit, Private Beach with a Boat Dock, Propane BBQ, Patio Furniture, Accommodates 10 Guests.

Annual guys getaway

Great house, great location, and the back deck with dock access is just about the finest in Big Bear. Didn't want to leave. Great communication from the manager. Overall an A+ experience!
