We reserve the right to change nightly rates.
A $200 pre authorised bond is required before check-in. This is in the event of any accidental damages or breakages, extra cleaning fees, late check-out or extra guests. This can be by either cash or a valid credit card guarantee. The money will only be accessed in case of the above events occurring.
