📦 START-UP SUPPLIES: To help you settle in comfortably, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set: 🧻 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels. 🧼 Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge. 🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets. ☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s). 🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person. (Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)
🚗 PARKING & ACCESS: One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit. Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty. Elevators: Use Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) to reach the 7th floor.
🌴 THE AREA: Dining: Walking distance to 10+ pubs and restaurants including Seafood, Mexican, Italian, and the local Bakery. Convenience: CVS is located only 1 block away for any forgotten items. Explore: A coastal trolley stops nearby for easy travel up and down the coast.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS: If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ): TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues.
Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of a Hurricane or hurricane aftermath. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance. Date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus rate differences.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the intercoastal—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. The water park on the property was a huge bonus and provided hours of fun for everyone. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

My family of four had a wonderful time in this condo. Proximity to the beach, dining and the Phillies was a plus. It was super clean and spacious. The sunsets were incredible! We hope to be back!

Our stay here was great! The beds were very comfortable, you have everything you would ever need for the beach and the views are amazing! The only downside to this place is the slow elevator.
We were so excited when we saw the view from this condo, absolutely beautiful and perfect view of the gorgeous sunsets! Several restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to St Pete and Clearwater. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Debrah was great and responded quickly! Very enjoyable vacation. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again
Everything was exactly as described, communication with the property manager was always quick and very helpful. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and very clean.
Property was clean and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great location located right on the intercoastal and just two blocks from the beach, very easy walk. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance so no need to drive for dinner. My kids are a little too old (12 & 14) for the waterpark but it's a great fit for younger kiddos.

We had a great stay Harbourside! The kids loved the water park/pool. The beach was a very short walk. Easily doable with a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and infant. The condo was great, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view of the channel on the balcony was great. We would definitely stay again
Loved the location of the unit on the property with it being a corner unit with pretty view of the harbor from the balcony and view of the ocean from the nearby patio on the floor.

Great stay with our 3 boys and friends. A ton of entertainment. The boys loves the waterpark. Plenty of food in the surrounding are. All walking distance. Deb was great at responding with any questions and concerns we had. Would stay again.
What a beautiful condo! This was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony and watching the sunset from the sun deck Debi was phenomenal to work with...always responded immediately to questions. Our kids loved the water park and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a very short walk. Our kids are already asking when we can come back.

Great family vacation
We really enjoyed our week spent at harbourside at marker 33. The splash Harbor water park was a highlight for our family. It kept the kids Happy And entertained all week. We also enjoyed spending time at the beach everyday, and the walk to the beach was easy. It was nice that the condo had chairs, beach umbrella, and he wagon to help with the walk to the beach. There are also many great family activities to do around the area including miniature golf, the Clearwater Aquarium, and shelling. I would recommend this place to my friends!
We loved the corner unit that was nice and quiet with a beautiful waterfront view. The water park and access to Holiday Inn's amenities (putt putt and game room) were great for the kids.. The condo is centrally located on Indian Rocks beach (one block from the beach and amazing sunsets) and within walking distance to some of the best staples like Crabby Bills, Slyce pizza, PJ's and much more... plus their is a CVS one block away in case you forgot anything. Another perk was the really nice sand volleyball court at the adjacent city park. We rented bikes and enjoyed all that the gold beach community had to offer. A great spot for families, we will be back.

Great condo and location!
Loved the location of this condo! Restaurants, beach and bars within walking. Condo was very nice and loved the balcony. Only negative comment would be the parking garage on the weekend. People who were visiting the waterpark took up most of the resident parking spaces so we had a hard time finding a place to park when we were checking in. After 6:00 when the park closed it got much better. Other than that it was great!
