Welcome to your perfect Indian Rocks Beach getaway at Harborside @ Marker 33 & Splash Harbour Water Park! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor condo overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway—watch dolphins and boats glide by from your private balcony. The beach is just a 3–5 minute walk away!
Your stay includes 4 FREE daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes (a $100/day value). Two passes (serving 2 guests each) will be in the unit at arrival—simply take them to the gift shop for wristbands. The park features a lazy river, waterslides, live music, poolside dining at Jimmy Guana’s, and more. Please note the park does not open when temperatures are below 60 degrees and operates seasonally (generally 10AM–6PM, winter hours may vary).
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, wood-style flooring, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, free WiFi, and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Bedroom one offers two Queen beds and a walk-in shower bath. Bedroom two also features two Queen beds and a full bath. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. There are three thermostats in the unit; all must be set to heat or cool for proper operation.
Enjoy sunset views from the 6th and 7th floor sundecks overlooking Indian Rocks Beach. You’re within walking distance to local favorites like Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Lighthouse Donuts, and just a short ride to John’s Pass. A trolley runs along the coast for easy exploring.
One parking space is included in the garage (pass located in the unit). If full, park in yellow-lined spaces across from the gift shop. Additional vehicles are $20 per day and must park in white-lined spaces. Elevators provide convenient access throughout the building.
We provide starter essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, hand soap, coffee, dish towels, bath towels, and one beach towel per guest. Additional supplies such as shampoo, spices, coffee filters, and condiments are not provided.
One guest must be at least 25 years old. Boats, jet skis, kayaks, and RVs must be approved prior to booking. If someone else is paying, the payer must be added to the reservation and e-sign the rental agreement. Check-in begins at 4PM; early check-in may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee if available. This is a self check-in unit with no luggage storage and no mail delivery available.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no-refund policy within 60 days of check-in, including cancellations due to weather, hurricanes (June 1–Nov. 30), red tide, health issues, or travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if permitted, incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference.

Please note: We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, regardless of its length. Some of the main items we do not provide include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, and aluminum foil.
IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party is making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking. The payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who submits payment is authorized to sign the rental agreement.
Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.
Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions (including flight cancellations). A change to your booking dates may not be possible; however, if a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee per date change will apply. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged.
Again, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended—especially if your stay falls during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 through November 30).
Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds or discounts due to cold water temperatures.
Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.
Early check-in: Because we have a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4 PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply.
The payer of the booking must sign our rental agreement to ensure that guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.
