Beachburra - the classic beach holiday home!

This two storey classic beach house has sun drenched, open plan living areas with high ceilings, flowing onto a large deck, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the views to the beach and of the natural bushland around. With plenty of opportunity to catch even the slightest cooling ocean breezes in summer, and reverse cycle air conditioning, you will never get too hot. And in winter, being north facing, the sun streams through the large windows each morning to warm the house quickly, lasting all day. The heating systems makes this home quite cosy during the winter months.

The two bedrooms upstairs, one with queen bed, the other with two singles, have built in robes, ceiling fans and bush views. The bathroom and separate toilet complete the fit out upstairs. Downstairs, the third bedroom and rumpus area, with two singles and a double sofa, has its own bathroom, and is ideal for those who want additional privacy in their own retreat, or to give the kids some extra freedom in their own space. Please note, that there are no internal stairs to the downstairs area.

With plenty of off street parking, including space for boats etc and with a covered parking space, there will be no hot cars in summer - not that you need a car when you're here. The dog friendly Malua Bay beach is only a casual, easy and level 2 minute stroll away, and is often patrolled during the summer months. McKenzies Beach is a few minutes stroll in the other direction. Local shops and restaurants at Malua are within easy walking distance. Tennis courts across the road, and plenty of opportunity for bush walking and mountain biking within 100m.

There is an outdoor shower - hot and cold - for convenience, and the large yard is fully fenced, great for kids or pets. There is a gas BBQ on the deck, plenty of board games and reading materials for most tastes plus a wide variety of music.

The local family of kookaburras will usually join you for happy hour snacks on the deck prior to sunset, along with an array of other birds.

This home oozes relaxation and enjoyment, care free times to enjoy the surrounds being as active or not as you want to be.

This is not your average house by the beach, it is a great beach house ready for you to create your own memories here, just bring your own linen, food and sense of adventure!
