Great location and view. Very big cabin. Was not expecting 4 levels but was not a bad thing. Really enjoyed and would definitely rent again. Communication was great.
Beautiful cabin!!! Spacious bedrooms with gorgeous bathrooms. Tons of things to do and conveniently located to town. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Would love to come back and stay again!

Thank you for staying with us. We are excited to host you again. Yes, the pool temperature is set at 84*. This prevents the indoor pool room from becoming a sauna. We have to keep it regulated, or mold and mildew will form in the room. The hot tub can be heated to 105*!
We had a great stay! The cabin was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no issues at all. Tara was an excellent host and responded to questions right away. Highly recommended!!!!
Absolutely fantastic!!! Host is definitely available all the time. Host was Absolutely amazing in helping to figure out the issue with getting my payment to go thru. Will definitely be working with them again!
The cabin was wonderful! Views are breathtaking. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and cozy blankets. The kids loved the pool. Our family was able to see several bears. Around 8pm one makes it way by the front of the cabin. We highly recommend this cabin. Host is wonderful!
The host responded promptly when we had questions always willing to accommodate. The cabin was AMAZING. Every age group enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The teenagers enjoyed the games, the young adults enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed spending time together in the cabin. Me being a baker was ecstatic over the kitchen aid mixer and tube cake pan. The kitchens were well stocked. However, we did not have enough toilet paper for the amount of guests we had. The rooms were very clean and spacious with plenty of blankets. We were there the week of Christmas 2025 and the weather was in the 60’s. Overall everyone had a great time.
Just the perfect place to enjoy the Smokey Mountains! This cabin has absolutely everything needed to enjoy a fabulous vacation. We all just loved it and there was so much to enjoy without even leaving. Even nightly view of Dollywood fireworks! HIGHLY recommend!
Everything was great about the cabin. It was very clean and location was fine. One suggestion - one guest sleep in the upper bunk and reported what he thought was mice or small creatures in the ceiling making noises at night. You might want to check that out.

Thank you for staying with us. Our pest control company treats our homes once a month. I called today and they are going to come out and check for the issue you mentioned. It's that time of year when it's getting cold at night and outside pests want to find a warm place!
Great property and excellent location. All the amenities in the house were wonderful, and exactly as described. The Bear show walking thru the driveway each evening was exciting to say the least.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The cabin was immaculately cleaned and maintained. The owner was communicative and prompt in responding to questions. There was plenty to do in location with the pool, hot tub, arcade games, and theatre room. We really enjoyed the views from the deck and seeing the fireworks from Dollywood in the evenings. It’s a great location for kids and adults alike.

Thank you we enjoyed hosting you! The fireworks are an added bonus.
Property was great, check in was easy but a lot of bears. One climbed onto the deck while my granddaughters were in the hot tub.

Thank you for choosing our cabin. The bears are very active right now since they just had cubs in May. They are searching for food. We advise that you review the bear information we sent with the check-in instructions. Always use caution when outside and if you have food outside with you that will attract the bears this time of year!
About the host
Hosted by Tara Tinsley Ledbetter
We are a small family-owned cabin business. We have 9 cabins in the area owned by family members and managed by Tara. Our beloved brother- Roger started this business many years ago and tragically passed away in 2017. Without his wisdom and perseverance, we would not be blessed today. Loanly Bear II Cabin is in his memory. He owned the original Loanly Bear Cabin that perished in the 2016 fires.
