Seahorses is a spacious two-storey house with a modern bright beach feel in the tranquil small seaside village of Callala Beach.

Callala Beach is on the northern side of Jervis Bay and only a 2 hour and 45 minute drive from Sydney. Seahorses is the perfect house for families of all sizes or even couples wanting a quiet relaxing private getaway. With a short 3 minute (200 metre) walk to the famous white sands, you can enjoy the crystal clear turquoise waters of Jervis Bay.

The house is an open plan living design with modern furnishings. The upper level has four bedrooms , the main bathroom and an ensuite in second bedroom. The lower level has two bedrooms .

- Bedroom one has a queen bed with built-in robes.
- Bedroom two has double bed with ensuite & built-in robes
- Bedroom three has two sets of bunks (sleeps four).
- Bedroom four has two single beds.
- Bedroom five (lower level) has a double bed with built-in robes.
-Bedroom six (lower level) has a single bed adjacent to the kitchenette and shower.

The open plan living area contains a fully equipped spacious full-sized kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and coffee machine. The dining area and main lounge area and second living area leading out onto a generous balcony where you can relax overlooking the tranquil backyard with some bay views.

The main lounge area contains a 55inch 3D TV, DVD and bluetooth speaker. The second living area (ideal for kids) includes a TV and Xbox 360 with Kinect. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

The large front balcony area with a garden setting is perfect for relaxing with a wine, watching the sunset or just reading a book.

The downstairs area is a large entertainment room with bar, pool table, TV, table tennis , bar fridge and air conditioning. This overlooks a well-established secure fully fenced yard with gas BBQ and outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining or relaxing.

Adjacent to the sixth bedroom, on the lower level, includes a small kitchenette with additional shower.
Also on the lower level is a laundry with washing machine and toilet with ironing facilities.

There is a drawing desk for children with pencils and colouring stencils along with board games and activities.

The property also includes a secure lock up area for your outdoor items such as your bikes or surfboards.

For the pet guests there is a trampoline bed, bowls and pooper scooper.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area and have a clear no-party policy. We do not offer the house as a 'party house' and your reservation may be cancelled for excessive noise, especially after 10pm at night. (forfeiting your security deposit)

Callala Beach has much to offer, with its oasis location, pet friendly beach, local golf course, lawn bowls, country club and restaurant, cafe, tennis courts, fishing, boat ramp and shops all just five minutes away. Those looking to surf, the beach just a 15 minute drive.

Jervis Bay offers coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks with extraordinary bushwalking, cycling tracks, Indigenous culture, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage. Jervis Bay also provides safe swimming, especially for families with young children and those who prefer calm salt water swimming to the big surf.

The many local wildlife attractions include Jervis Bay's resident dolphins playing in the bay all year round, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and many rare birds & animals. Seahorses puts all this at your doorstep.

Take the five minute ferry ride, or leisurely 45 minute drive, across to Huskisson for a day trip to the local markets, cafes and boutique stores.
