Quiet Holiday Home Away
Well maintained house and property, and is semi pet friendly with no grass area. Great for a few families to stay together. Quiet suburb to unwind and listen to the waves out back by the pool. Brilliant access to beach, shops/restaurants. Only downside, there was no upstairs air-con in the master bedroom or a coffee maker, even though it was listed in the property amenities list. FYI: there is WIFI, however original confirmation said there wasn't. We will be back if air-con is added upstairs as it really had alot to offer and in a great location!

Fantastic holiday house
Our family enjoyed a happy holiday in this beautiful well positioned house. Great cooks kitchen where we easily managed to prepare Christmas dinner. Plenty of crockery cutlery and glasses.
Short walk to beach and coffee shops - we could hear the sea. Lovely to stay in this stylish very well maintained house.
Such a beautiful property, spacious and felt like home. The beach was only a short walk and very manageable with three kids .
Best short break
Was our first break for the year and it did not disappoint!... it was only my husband and I and our fur babies and it was so quiet and relaxing ❤️
The bed upstairs was soooo comfortable, as was the lounge... we lived on the deck and the pool 👍�🏻� The only time I left the house was to walk the dogs on the beach which is close and not over populated... Great location , great property and great hosts!.... we will be back with our friends and family for sure ❤️...
Generally the property was lovely.
I found receiving emails from 2 groups - Kylie/ Rose and Home Stay confusing - initially there was no explanation as to how or why this would happen. Different information coming from both groups.
Also I waited for over an hour for the code to be texted to me at 2pm that day ( as per the instructions) that didn’t happen . That resulted in an hour of confusion between the help line and Kylie eventually getting the code to me.
Also There were no bulbs in the bedside lights in the queen bedroom - we had to source that. All the blinds on the southern side were rusty and very difficult to open or close fearful of them snapping. Dust all over the internal sections of bedside lamp too - possible fire hazard. Only two tea towels for a group of 9 people needs rectifying.
Squeeking bed in upstairs room - poor for such a classy place. Otherwise a comfortable home that worked well for our group, plenty of towels, pantry supplies appreciated,

On the point of the emails from Homeaway and ourselves, it is necessary to have more than one point of communicaton in the event that a phone number was recorded incorrectly, as was the case with your booking.
This was why you did not receive the code by the due time (we actually sent the code on the Thursday prior to your stay). We were not aware the phone number was incorrect as you did not check/respond to our email which we sent one week prior to your stay asking for you to confirm your phone number for the text message.
We had also tried to call you on a number of occasions only to get the message that 'the phone was turned off', so the only way we could get information to you was via email. It was only after going through our phone records that we found that you had given us the incorrect phone number. Unfortunately these things can happen, and I hope you still had an enjoyable break in the end.
