The architect was in touch with the surroundings and wanted minimal impact to this lovely location. With peaceful walks, wetland views, and outdoor living options to allow the house to grow outside, this family home is truly inspirational when you step in.. You'll settle immediately, knowing that the comfort and finish to this house is contemporary luxury..

Convenience and calm..

You have many options now your base is selected. Take the inland roads through giant Tuart Forrest to guide you to Busselton within 15 minutes, Dunsborough and wineries within reach. Enjoy Capel Vale and Pepperwood Estate our local vineyards, or drive a 25 minute run into the Ferguson Valley.. Options are endless and closer than you think !! But mostly you will probably just unwind and take in the surrounding this house offers..

you'll enjoy what we enjoy.!!

We set the home up to offer parents and families to feel comfortable, be able to use the chef's kitchen or the outdoor cooking facilities with everything on hand. The icemaker will keep your drinks chilled, and red wine will settle in the decanter if needed.

The house has a walk way to the beach, you can turn left or turn right "oh the decisions". Turn right and explore the beach to the Capel river mouth.. Kids love this and parents peace is kept, knowing you can have your own piece of private beach...

Lovely large home

We had a great stay, house was lovely and spacious with multiple outdoor areas. The front deck was my favourite as it was protected from the sea breeze and private from the road and neighbours. Very clean and the amenities were also great. We had an issue on the first day with the gas and owners got straight onto a resolution. Highly recommended, enough room for two families to be comfortable.

Beautiful house, perfect for a family get away. Well equipped, spotlessly clean. Amazing views, we saw dolphins out at sea one evening from the front deck. We will definitely book again next time we visit Oz.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location. Short stroll to the tranquil beach. This property is awesome it would suit a family as much as a couple. Fantastic amenities and the bottle of wine left on arrival was a lovely touch. Absolutely recommend this property to anyone. Certainly lives up to the name of the breeze house.

Great winter getaway

You might think a beachside place would only be good in summer (and I'm sure it would be great), but we stayed in the middle of winter and it was amazing! Nice and warm inside with beautiful views. Mornings spent walking up the coast. Afternoons exploring the region (we did Capel, Dardanup, Wellington Dam, Gnomesville, Bussleton). Nights spent drinking local wine by the outdoor fire. Everything we needed was supplied and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The Breeze House was just perfect.

What a find !

After 2 years of no holiday downtime we were looking for a seaside home that we could just stay in and enjoy the amenities, the sea breeze and a view. The Breeze House had everything we were looking for !! A beautiful and well appointed home, with a fantastic view of the beach and lots of zones to relax in. The beach is a 2 min walk and is really nice and safe for kids, we swam every day. We only went to Busso once for dinner, the rest of our week was spent lazing around at the house. Highly recommend this home, we will be definitely coming back !

Breeze Bliss

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully designed beach house that exceeded all our expectations.The cleanliness was impeccable, and the house was equipped with high-end appliances and furnishings that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The board games provided endless hours of fun for the whole family, creating wonderful memories.The owner was incredibly easy to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure we fell in love with the property. We have never stayed in a property so exquisite and ideal. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We left feeling completely relaxed and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, clean on the inside. The outside could use a little attention, quite a few weeds and cobwebs which look like they have been there for a while. (Neighbours broken whirlybird is very noisy!) Nice spot close to the beach.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place was perfect to house all of our family. I loved the single level open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which all open up to sepactacular views and wrap around balcony. The ability to close off the bedroom wing was awesome so the adults could stay up whilst the kids went to sleep. The furniture on the deck was perfect for outdoor entertaining. The kids particularly loved sitting around the fire pit and toasting marshmallows. The convenience of being close to the beach was also magic. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Absolutely lovely
