Located in the quiet beachfront settlement of Peppermint Grove Beach, The Beach House boasts 180 degree water views, convenient beach access and room to get the whole family together.

Peppermint Grove Beach offers the best of Geographe Bay without the hustle and bustle of Busselton and Dunsborough. In summer the beach is white sand, clear water and safe swimming for all ages. The Capel River mouth is a short walk away and is a popular fishing, surfing and beachcombing location. Basic supplies are available from The Peppermint Grove Caravan Park store, and the town of Capel is only a 15 minute drive away.

Recently renovated, this property offers two kitchens and living areas, five bedrooms and three bathrooms in a duplex arrangement. The letting fee includes the whole property. The house is comfortable in any season, with air conditioning and ceiling fans for those hot summer days and two wood fires to keep you cosy in winter.

The beach is easily accessible from your private steps connecting directly to the public pedestrian access to the beach. There is also plenty to do with a children's play area, large lawn and many board games and DVDs.

Beautiful beach front space

It was our second time to stay at this beautiful place. We brought a group of ladies for our weekend retreat, and we loved the stanning beachfront location where we can walk down to the beach in a second, also the property had everything we needed. Very clean and well maintenanced property. The owner, Kath was very kind and easy to communicate. Thank you so much Kath, we'll come back again xx

Amazing property

My entire family stayed over the long weekend, adult children and grandchildren. It is perfect for children, great enclosed grassed area. There are steps from the property to the beach entrance. The beach is clean and calm with small waves for boogie boards. The property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is a bonus to have linen provided which included bath mats and hand towels. there were ample tea towels and kitchen supplies. The outdoor shower was novel with mermaid tiles on the floor and a handheld

Idyllic seaside rendezvous

I have stayed here with family before. This time came with a group of friends and they were blown away by the beauty of the location, the view, the house and garden, which has been so tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, decorated and equipped. The beds are super comfy, and we wanted for nothing. Swam twice a day and delighted in the outdoor mermaid shower. Most sublime holiday ever. Thank you, Kath and Luke. And thank you to the dolphins, which we saw daily, dipping and gliding close to shore.

Fabulous weekend away

After playing 3 days of very hot golf it was such a pleasure to come home and sit outside and cool down with the beautiful sea breeze, all the while admiring the stunning view of the ocean. Dolphins and rays kept us entertained during the day and in the evenings the stars shone brightly above. Life is good! We were a group of 8 and the house accommodated all our needs.
