The very best location on Manly’s Mediterranean walkway to Shelly beach- the Bower.
Unbelievably close to the ocean, you’ll feel as though you are on an ocean liner.
When you choose this ground level sidewalk entry flat you'll get all the conveniences, ocean and pool access, a coffee bench with ocean and walkway view but not the panoramic views of some of the other apartments.
You'll have the unique advantage of a view via the 'Mr Ed' entry door where you can choose to open the top glass half and small foldaway breakfast bar enabling you to sit inside with your coffee and peer out at the ocean just 10 meters away and people watch as walkers wander past. You also get wonderful fresh sea air flowing through your lungs and the whole flat. You have a small lounge TV room and will be only 10 seconds to the ocean where you’ll be snorkeling or paddling Sydney’s premiere Marine reserve or taking a dip and sunning yourself with all the beautiful young things around the super safe Bower sea pool.

This laneway door has a 50/50 arrangement- bottom half can remain locked whilst the top half is open and allows lots of fresh ocean air to circulate. This also prevents a child or pet from escaping onto the laneway without you knowing.

Interiors are freshly painted shabby chic, spotlessly cleaned, luxury linens and comfy bed with fresh sea breezes that will energize your days and lull you to sleep to complete your sea side get away to perfection.
Whatever you choose to do, there is NO better location to do it from as you’ll only be a few minutes walk along the ocean from the restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and city ferry terminal or Perhaps a hike starting a couple of minutes away at Shelly Beach along the iconic ocean track through the national park to North head before breakfast.
The space
For those needing a little more space on the ground floor of the building, sparkling white with a quirky barn door entry which can be partly open at the top to provide a cafe style bench to the waterside lane but also providing some security to stop a child escaping onto the lane on the beach pathway.
Entry into a kitchenette area with bench and stools, walk through to lounge with sofa bed & TV, next your 1 bedroom with queen bed followed by separate full sized bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Kettle, toaster, microwave, small refrigerator, cutlery and crockery are included. An electric cooking hot plate can be provided on request if required at booking however full cooking is not recommended.
Wifi is available if required at only $10 per day.
Rules- No smoking, no parties, no loud noises or music, shoe free zone please.
Free on- street parking– no limit at night 10pm- 8 am, 2 hour limited during day time.
Paid off- street car parking- $50 per day per vehicle for private off street parking during accommodation booked times only.
