Sans Souci means without worry and care free which is exactly what you need when finding a vacation home. Come enjoy our cozy coastal cottage with unique all wood ceilings in Bonita Spring. Walk to many popular restaurants, bars, miniature golf. A private corner lot with fenced in backyard to keep your pet safe and room for an RV or boat to park on site. There are two separate living area for when the kids need some space, and open kitchen and living are for the entire family to gather.

Bonita and Barefoot Beaches are a 1.5 miles away and I recommend driving or bike there, especially when hauling a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. Sans Sauci is conveniently located near shopping, golf, boating, fishing, kayaking, dog track, an artisan village and fitness centers for everyone’s needs. Just minutes from downtown Naples, Lovers Key, Dog Beach, Marco Island and Fort Myers.

Great Thanksgiving Week

Sans Souci was the perfect place for our family time over Thanksgiving. The house is super cute and well appointed. Great location convenient to everything. Kari was attentive and responsive to any questions or needs. We would stay here again without question.

Great place to stay

The property was as advertised. Kari kept in touch leading up to our dates. The entire house was exactly what we were looking for. The only negative for me was the master Bedroom mattress. But that can happen at a hotel as well. Overall just great.

Cozy comfortable home

Our family from different parts of FL got together for a small reunion. The home was perfect for our family conversations, meals and board games. Beds were comfy, modern kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals, spacious backyard accommodated our outdoor games, parking was available for 4-5 cars in the driveway. Kari responded immediately to our questions. We will definitely book again for next family gathering.

Great place in an excellent location

We were on a golf vacation and this was an excellent property for us. The 4 of us each had our own bedroom. There were 2 king beds, a queen, and a twin. Plenty of dishes and glasses. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is very close to the beach, to some excellent restaurants (2 within walking distance), and to other shops. The owner provided lots of towels and other amenities (including "welcome to here" candies and cookies.) She responded to emails and texts promptly and had recommendations for a fishing contact and other things. We really enjoyed our first time in the Naples area, and the property really contributed to that.

Tom and his crew came to Bonita Springs for an epic golfing adventure. They seemed to really enjoy their experience in SWF and the local area golf courses. They loved the short walk to restaurants after a long day of golf and enjoyed the comforts of home in Sans Souci. Tom and crew left the house in great shape making it easy for me to transition to the next clients. He was a pleasure to host and I hope they return for another epic adventure soon! And maybe add a little fishing for the next trip LOL!! :)

Everything was so smooth from the booking to the check out, the best part the house itself and proximity to the beautiful bonita beach. Hangout weekend with the family

Check in was perfect. House is exactly as described. The two living rooms were great. The house is spacious and private. I loved the decor. My 3 yr old grandson loved being there. He took all his dinosaurs out in the screen porch. The in-law suite was perfect for my mother who gets up very early. She could be in the living room and not disturb anyone else. The restaurants are close and very good. Tons to do. Great location.

Paradise near Bonita Beach I’m friendly neighborhood of houses not high rises!

The roominess, convenient layout of rooms, decor and items provided in the kitchen and bathrooms helped made our stay comfortable and so relaxing! The location is very good, also. The owner was extremely cooperative and ready to help. When we arrived we enjoyed the cookies, candy, and coffee provided! You won’t find a nicer place!

Christmas Vacation

We found this property and its location to be excellent. But what made our experience extra special was the finishing touches the owner had added to our stay. Upon arrival a Christmas tree had been put up and several small holiday bags with Christmas treats in each of them for my children. Thank you so very much for making our stay a memorable one.

Moved to Naples with my husband for a job relocation. We have a large pet friendly family and needed some extra space for their visits. We are looking to rent when family isn't in town until we are able to retire there.

Why they chose this property

We preferred the relaxed feeling of the Bonita Beach and Springs area. We got this place with hopes to retire there. In the meantime we've decided to rent it so others can enjoy it until that day comes. Our furry friends are important to us so the yard was key. We love to fish, kayak, boat and beach and its the perfect spot for us. Big enough for multiple generations and extended families.
We love Wiggins Pass and venture out in our kayaks or with our fishing wagon from Barefoot or from Delanor Wiggins State Park.
Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Within a mile of all your shopping needs. Easy flat bike ride to anywhere.
Also if you want to dress up there's always Downtown 5th Ave and the other 3rd Street!
