Beautiful private home with heated pool and spa in the well located Bonita Shores neighborhood. This home is newly renovated and new to the market. You will have easy access to the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches including Barefoot Beach Preserve. This 2300 square foot home with 4 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms is perfect for one or two families with sleeping for up to 10 guests. Enjoy the private pool and spa area enclosed with a Lanai for bug free outdoor living space. Fully fenced back yard adds to privacy and play space for the children. Garage was renovated to include a recreation area for all to enjoy including ping pong table. WiFi and Cable TV on premise and Smart TV’s allow for streaming from your subscribed services.

There is a King Suite with sitting area and full bath. Two Queen rooms Share a central bath location. Finally a Bunk Room with two sets of Bunks can easily accomodate 4 children and young adults.

The kitchen features Cherry cabinets and two separate islands for food preparation and having that first cup of coffee in the morning. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, also included is a Kuerig coffee machine. Weber Gas Grill also provided.

Walk/Bike/Drive to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beaches. The neighborhood has restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops all within walking distance. Bonita Beach Park is 1.6 miles and Lovers Key Sate Park is 6.1 miles from your private oasis. The famous Barefoot Beach Preserve is 3.3 miles away making it a guest favorite.

Southwest Florida Airport is 30 minutes away with service from most US airports. 5Th avenue in Naples is easily accessible for a special night out. For the nature lovers, the entrance to the Florida Everglades National Park is 50 miles away.

Great place for our 2 families with 4 children. The house was perfect in every way - super clean, beautifully decorated, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kids loved sleeping together in the bunk room. The pool was nice and warm at 85oF. Great location, close to the beach in a nice residential area. The host was great to communicate with. We would rent it again!

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days in early 2026. This is a newly renovated house, and it is by far the cleanest we have ever rented. All the furniture, the bedding, the towels, everything was immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There are some really great restaurants located within walking distance of the house, and the neighbourhood residents are super friendly. I rented a bike from "bonitabike.com" for a week to tour around. It was a great way to check out the area.The owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions, and offered some great suggestions for nearby attractions for us to visit.

Beautiful renovated place. The place was well furnished and made our trip very pleasant. The pool was awesome, it had a hot tub, but wasn’t working at the time. The owner was very responsive to my messages and had someone there the next day to look at it. We had a nice surprise when we got there, the owner purchased a ping pong table. Our family had so much fun playing with that all week. We look forward go coming back to this property. A great location near many restaurants, the beach, and a great coffee shop and ice cream shop all within walking distance.
