The main house has 1 bedroom with 1 and 1/2 baths downstairs, and 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom upstairs. Attached cabin has a private bedroom upstairs; bathroom, game room, and a sleeper sofa downstairs making this property perfect for a large family or multiple families. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor space including a screened in patio between the main house and the cabin, covered porches, and paved parking for 4 vehicles with room for boat trailers. (Also covered parking for additional 2)

This home offers a large private deep water boat house with fish cleaning station, large yard, and a fire pit overlooking the lake. Some of the best fishing on Toledo Bend is just beyond your boat house!

Enjoy golf, fishing, or dining at the famous Cypress Bend Golf Resort and Marina just minutes from your door. Toledo Town, offering restaurants and shopping, is just a few minutes further.

Here’s your chance to stay in one of the few real log homes on Toledo Bend. All bedrooms have a view of the lake. Relax here for the weekend or entire week (10% discount for seven or more nights). As the name implies you may experience the most beautiful sunrise on Toledo Bend from your bedroom, lakeside porch, patio or boathouse. Then as your day winds down catch a glimpse of the amazing sunset over the opposite cove.

Be sure to keep an eye out for the pair of majestic bald eagles that grace the sky overhead and perch in a tree at the edge of your sea wall.

Toledo Sunrise is one of the few real log homes on Toledo Bend. It is conveniently located just off Cypress Bend Road, minutes from Toledo Town in a private secluded quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the deep water boathouse, amazing sunrise, and fire pit.
This property has two parts. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The cabin is attached by a totally screened in patio/breezeway, is a private space from the main house and has a bedroom, bathroom and game area with pool table. This design makes it perfect for two families.
