Spacious chalet for 12 people, located in the village of Saint Dalmas Valdeblore, at the foot of the La Colmiane winter sports resort. Fully paneled, approximately 150 m2 living space comprising 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs, an American kitchen opening onto a living room with breathtaking views of the valley. A 5000m2 plot surrounds the house.

Ideally placed for all mountain activities, close to shops (Saint Dalmas / Saint Martin Vésubie) and Alpha Loup park (Boréon).

Maison très agréable, sans vis à vis Chambres et salles de bain parfaitement équipées Communication très facile avec les propriétaires qui sont disponibles et réactifs Il manque simplement quelques équipements de cuisine (économe, moule à tarte, petites cuillères, ...)

Tres beau chalet ancien, la decoration est magnifique, anciens tableaux, meubles antiques. La vue est magnifique, face aux montagnes.Toutes les chambres ont vu sur la montagne. Un week end en dehors du temps, du soleil toute la journee du levee au coucher.

Chalet très agréable et fort bien situé. Il serait utile qu'à l'arrivée, on trouve un 21x27 avec une liste d'informations pour le démarrage : où se trouvent les serviettes, le papier toilette, les précautions à prendre, les choses à ne pas faire, etc...On pourrait donner aussi la localisation GPS.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons adoré l'endroit et les enfants aussi!Vue fabuleuse sur les montagnes, joli terrain, table de ping pong et balancoire pour les enfants, tout le monde a adoré!Les propietaires sont vraiment très gentils et disponibles. Un grand merciBon emplacement avec beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants a la colmiane (acrobranche, luge d'ete, ferme, poney...)

Grand chalet très bien situé

Nous sommes restés deux semaines dans ce grand chalet, très bien situé, et au calme. La vue sur le bois noir et le Cayre Gros est imprenable, sans aucun vis à vis. Le chalet est très spacieux et bien agencé, bien équipé même si certains équipements sont un peu vétustes.les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

MAGNIFIQUE ET AUTHENTIQUE CHALET

En famille (trois couples, deux enfants et un ado), nous avons séjourné durant sept nuits dans ce chalet idéalement situé entre La Colmiane et St. Dalmas de Valdeblore. Bel espace extérieur face aux montagnes, balançoires et table de ping-pong, intérieurs très bien aménagés, trois belles salles de bain agrémentent le séjour. Silence apaisant aux alentours. Notre hôte est très réactive et prévenante. Nous y retournerons très volontiers.

15 jours à St dalmas dans un chalet spacieux très bien équipé et décoré.vue slendide sur la montagne. Situation idéale pour écumer la vallée de Valdeblore et ses nombreuses activités. Hôte attentif et accueillant.

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement idéal , la vue est magnifique , le chalet est spacieux . Le côté rustique est appréciable mais comme il n avait pas été loué depuis un moment , quelques paramètres ont été négligés : chauffage ( problème résolu le 4eme jour ) , propreté... Les propriétaires nous ont offert la prestation ménage à notre départ...

Séjour merveilleux dans un cadre très reposant

Grande maison très fonctionnelle, avec 4 chambres et 3 belles salles de bains. Le séjour est spacieux, orienté sud avec de belles baies vitrées. A l'extérieur une belle terrasse avec 2 très grandes tables, un immense store banne, table de ping pong, transats... Le tout dans un environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants, donnant plein de conseils. Tout pour un très bon séjour !
