Marina Puerto del Rey is at walking distance along with Playa Los Machos Beach. Las Croabas is only five minutes away where you can take the ferry to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world 'Culebra Island', Flamingo Beach where you can relax to crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches, you can also take the ferry to Vieques Island. Also in las Croabas you can enjoy wonderful fresh seafood restaurants. El Yunque is only 15 minutes away is the only tropical forest protected by the u.s. National Forest Services. Luquillo Beach is only 10 minutes away.

Fantastic View, Perfect Place! - January 2011

My husband, two year old son, and I visited Puerto Rico in January, 2011. We wanted a place that was safe, relaxing, and close to good beaches. This beautiful condo satisfied all of those desires. The condo is fully furnished, with spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and a roof terrace view to die for! It’s located in a secure, gated community that’s well-kept and quiet. The community pool is just a stone’s throw away from the condo. There are stores and places to eat a few minutes’ drive away, and it’s within striking distance of local beaches, Culebra en Isla Verde, and El Yunque. The drive to San Juan is about 30 minutes. As an added bonus, we found the people in the Ceiba area to be welcoming and very nice. Everywhere we went, people would smile and talk to you like they already knew you. During our stay, this condo felt like a home away from home. We’re looking forward to our next Puerto Rico vacation, and when we do so we’ll certainly stay at this place!

Because of the covid pool can not be used😪

We had a few small problems which were taken care of immediately, other then that all good, except for if you have bad knees there aren't elevators but some drs would recommend stairs for knee exercises 🤔

Quiet and Safe place to stay

The apartment was comfort and clean. They have a lot of security very nice people. The only bad thing i could say is that the amenities description is not right because you cant use pool or recreation facilites because is only for owner asociación, everything else was nice.

Great property amd good stay but...

Rented the property for a week: 1. Property has 2 balconies and a roof top patio but no tables or chairs to enjoy the outdoor spaces. 2. The gate security guards gave us a hard time EACH AND EVERY TIME we tried to enter the premises saying that we were not registered on the property for our stay. They always said they had to call the owner to verify if we could come in. Same problem happened even if we just went out for dinner and attempted to re-enter within 30 mins. Had to argue my way in almost every day and remind them that I had PAID to be there for them to let us in. 3. Property is being advertised with gym and pool access but the security guards kicked us out of the pool and lectured us on how we were short term renters and could not use the gym, pools nor the kids play ground as these were exclusive for property owners.

This is my third time staying at this condo and I love the property. I love the feel of being at home in the middle of a tropical island. Wifi, coffee and the roof-top deck was the perfect morning combination for me during my weeklong trip.

A Beautiful Penthouse!!!

Our trip to Puerto Rico was amazing and I owe it for the most part to ... HomeAway and Norma, and her beautiful Penthouse!!! Our trip was fun, busy and exhausting. No matter how tired I was at the end of the day ... walking in the door to this beautiful condo gave me the extra energy to stay awake long enough to relax on the sofa, or out on the balcony with the unbelievable breathtaking view. Christmas Week in Ceiba Puerto Rico

Our family and guests enjoyed our six night stay . The condo is very spacious and has beautiful views from the balconies and roof top deck. The property is very well maintained, clean, has 24 hr. security, great amenities and a convenient location. The owner was very helpful as it was our first visit to Puerto Rico and provided us with tips on things to see and do. We visited the rain forest, took a snorkeling catamaran day cruise, drove south to the town of Salinas and saw very beautiful beaches along the way. We also went skydiving in Arecibo, toured the caves in Camuy, visited the kiosks at Luquillo Beach and took the ferry in Fajardo to Vieques and visited beautiful Sun Bay Beach. There are many things to do and see on this beautiful island! Gorgeous views, inside and out

With 3 woman traveling together, security was a main concern and we got it with this rental. We felt very secure, especially in the evening if we walked to enjoy 1 of the 3 lovely pools on the complex. All the amentities of home that you could possibly need, except internet(which we managed fine without). I have always had a hard time sleeping away from home, but found no problem getting comfortable in the beds offered in this home! The 2nd floor was our nightly retreat to enjoy the serene sound of the coqui and the open sky full of stars(and we raced to see who got the hammock!) Thank you Norma for a lovely safe haven on our vacation! p.s HIGHLY recommend a day trip with East Island Excusions on their Catamaran sail boat, for a day of sailing, lunch, snorkeling, sunbathing and drinking(all inclusive)! it is located just 2 mins off the property at Puerta Del Ray Marina. Very reasonable price for the day you will experience!

A Five Star Resort without the Five Star Price

My family and I decided to spend Thanksgiving Week in beautiful Cieba, Puerto Rico. When when first arrived at the penthouse, we were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the apartment. What took our breath away was the view from the balconies and second floor which is outdoor. The seven of us slept comfortably. The penthouse is located in a quiet and secured complex with all the swimming pools, basketball courts, and tennis courts you need. One of the conditions that I look for in staying at a hotel or in a rental is the level of security. This place has it. The penthouse is close all the amenities. We saved a lot of money on buying groceries nearby and prepared meals prior to our adventures all across the island. Thank you Norma. We definetly enjoyed our stay in Cieba and look forward to coming back. Thank you so much.
