Reef Resort Apartments are located in Terrol Crescent, overlooking Apex Park, directly opposite Mona Vale beach, on Sydney's spectacular northern beaches.

Offering a selection of affordable holiday accommodation - 5 x two bedroom apartments.

All apartments are 2 bedroom with combined lounge-dining opening to a sunny balcony and include fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery & appliances, linen, lock up garage, bathroom with separate shower & bath, TV and are serviced weekly.

All apartments offer ocean views from the first floor or top floors.
Option Top floor or 1st floor over garage.
Eat-in kitchen or Ensuite 2nd bathroom.

* Please note there are no ground floor holiday apartments and no lift. First floor apartments are 15 stairs up and there are another 15 stairs up to the top floor.

Minimum 3 night stay, subject to availability.


Relocation, Renovation or Longer Term Accommodation available upon request.

Serviced weekly with all linen supplied Reef Resort Apartments are ideal not only for holidays but for temporary accommodation whilst renovating or between buying & selling your own home.

Reef Resort Apartments also offers permanently leased two bedroom apartments, furnished or unfurnished.

Place needs a refurbishment!

For the price we paid this place is not up to scratch! It’s very tired and needs a makeover. The position is great with beach and cafes at your doorstep.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you were dissapointed with your stay. The apartment allocated for your stay was refirbished 7 months ago in December 2021 with new oak timber-look flooring, fresh paint and new, modern coastal furnishing throughout. The building itself is of the 80's era. Our pricing is comparable with a cabin in the local caravan park. We offer two large bedrooms accommodating 4-5 people, a full sized kitchen, internal laundry with washing machine, lock up garage and balcony with ocean views. Our team do our best to provide a clean and comfortable stay for our guests and we will continue to strive to improve our offering.

Great spot, facility is dated

This location was extremely convenient for us, with a lovely view across the park to the ocean. The apartment had a recent makeover with improvements to the living and kitchen spaces. Kitchen cupboards and wardrobes were original and felt it. We had some umwelcome guests (cockroaches) which we controlled with insect spray. We would have asked Carl but it was Christmas and we can use bug spray as well as he could. We are used to this part of Sydney and know how hard they can be to control. Carl our host was super friendly, and so were the other guests we encountered.

Family Reunion

The location couldn’t be better. The apartment we had was very spacious. The plumbing fixtures and tapware are in need of a refurbish as we’re the beds and pillows but all in all it was very fair value considering the location and a busy Easter weekend.

Reef Resort Mona Vale

The location is the best. Just across from Mona Vale Beach with an easy access to the surf as well is a rock pool. The 2 bed/1 bathroom unit is quite spacious and is serviced once a week.

Wonderful location. Apartments are clean and tidy. If you really need or want a lock up garage, ensure this is confirmed prior to booking to avoid disappointment on arrival. But otherwise, highly recommended.

Fantastic location and suited our needs perfectly. Good spacious apartment although a little dated. Master bed could do with an upgrade but in all Super easy check in-out and wonderful communication.
