This two bedroom condo sit on the water. Wake up seeing the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets. it's a very quaint condo community. You can enjoy the pools, hot tub, tennis & baseball court and of course Fishing... You can sit on the balcony while have your morning coffee and throw a fishing line. You will be a 10 min ride from our Famous Downtown Area. Dinning, Movies Shopping , 20 mins from most of our Breathtaking Beaches. Best of all just 30 mins from Tampa or Tampa International Airport. We are just the spot in the center of everything !!!!

CaSanda’s respite

The owners communication skills were excellent, and any questions were responded to very quickly. There was a small bump and getting car passes, but she easily rectified the problem. I very highly recommend this condominium in sunny St. Petersburg. Our grandchildren who visited us daily enjoyed the pool.

Location great, conditions not so much

We picked to stay here because my parents, who we we were visiting, lived in the same community. The location was scenic, calm and safe. The condition of the condo was okay however there was a smell of overly floral Glade plug-ins that permeated everything (including the mattress, pillows, towels and entire area). The “second bedroom” was not really a bedroom but an alcove that had a twin size mattress in it and a curtain for a “door.” Without the smell, the place would have been a lot better, but the location for us couldn’t be beat.

Condo needs a hand granade

There was no recognition of us at the gate, we had to go to HOA office and provide our lease. The door to the condo didn’t lock: the condo owner took 3 days to get this fixed, reassuring us that this was a safe neighborhood. There was no info on TV and very limited channels no CNBC. The tea kettle was broken so that you would burn your hand, my husband went to the hardware store and bought a screw to repair it. We would never go back to this condo again

Girls get-a-way

My friend and I booked this condo for our stay in St. Petersburg. We booked for 5 nights. A few days before our stay the owner called me and told me she double booked the unit and we could only stay for 3 nights. It was a major inconvenience for us, however, in the long run it worked out better as we really did not like our stay at this condo. The biggest issue was that 2 bedrooms are advertised. This is not the case. There is a small alcove they call a bedroom without a door and the size of a closet. The bed was not a real bed but rather a cot. It was very uncomfortable gave us no privacy. All the kitchen ware was in bad shape and mismatched. The owner was very nice but this was very disappointing for our stay.

Fantastic Stay

This place was in a nice central location for our planned activities. The pool was warm and wonderful as well. There was a small issue at check in with our parking pass which was quickly resolved thanks to good communication with our host. Come stay! 😊

The property as a whole is a hidden gem, although our actual condo could definitely use some improvements for the price. The bed was just ok, only had pillows in shams? It was very lacking for linens, we went and purchased towels and pool towels as we were there for three weeks. No extra blankets, Not much in the way of silverware. We purchased disposable Theres a makeshift closet in the master bedroom but if you hang more than a couple items in it, it tips over. All other closets are locked with owners belongings. The dresser has owners things in it also. After speaking with other guests that have VRBOED at this community, I feel like we definitely could have had much better accommodations in the same community for the same price. We would possibly return to the area, just investigate the condos a bit closer.

We liked the actual property in the gated community. Loved the water and pool.

Bad experience with the lady we rented from. No info ahead of time to even know it was a gated place. Did not know any of the rules, info. Had no idea how to get in. Neighbor below us was to give us info but she didn’t have our phone number or name. Condo had unusable pots and pans. Had only four towels. Not even a can opener. No lighting in one room, broken lamp. Leftover take-out food left in refrigerator and not totally cleaned. Lady who owns this condo should not be renting her place. Would return to this community but never rent the same condo.

Terrific Amenities at Waterside

Waterside at Coquina Key really offers a lot; gym, pools, club house, even Yoga classes. The condo was conveniently located to all of them. The bed was very comfortable. The pics should be updated as there is now only a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom.
