Covered parking in front of your condo. Walk in and enjoy the water view and pool view right from your unit. The condo is on the first floor of this small and intimate condo complex. Watch the boats, kayaks and paddle boarders go by. See dolphins and manatees too! The pool deck adjoins your patio so literally 5 steps to be in the pool! The condo faces west so you will see spectacular sunsets over the inter coastal waterway. It’s quiet here with plenty of space. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage including a walk in closet. A queen size blow up bed is available upon request for guests to stay in the living room. Kayaks are available for your enjoyment. Treasure Island boasts many bars and restaurants all within walking distance. There is also a park across the street with a dog park and tennis and pickle ball courts!
Unit can be rented seasonally 3 month minimum Jan-March 30. Other months 2 week minimal rentals. No partial month rentals allowed ie mid April to mid May etc. You must talk with me prior to scheduling as there is a small amount of paperwork with the management company.
