PARKING:
Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property
No pets

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

The Paradise Suite was exactly what we needed! Close enough to Duval and all the attractions however still tucked into the neighborhood, which is very cool! The rental was very clean and exactly how they present it on the site. Having a pool and parking was a real bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Unfortunate stay at this place. Outdated, broken items, uncomfortable beds and no smart TVs. Location is the only good thing. Pool is heated and clean but the back yard is unkept and unsafe. Poor communication when issue arose. Limited towels. Tried to use dryer and found it broken the day before we checked out and explained we had no towels and clothes were laid out to dry. It took them 2 hours to respond AFTER we messaged them again. The response was “we will let maintenance know” and then no one showed up with towels or repair. They are on time with telling you what they need but do not help when needed. Very sad that we expected a beautiful get away and this place did not live up to expectations. Just lack of care.

The location of the property was great -- very close walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very easy process checking in and out through the website provided and text messages. Would definitely recommend for a small group of adults.
