This charming 3+ bedroom 2 bath home is located on the South end close to shopping and restaurants. Includes a BRAND NEW HOT TUB, outdoor fire-pit with chairs, and huge deck with Charcoal BBQ. Nicely furnished with 2 flat screen TV's, games, laundry room and attached garage - which is fully finished with a daybed and foosball table. Features a private setting on a double lot with lots of off street parking. (Sleeps 7) The beach is only about a block away from here.

It was a great place for our friend group! Super close to the beach and 5 minute drive from all the shops and restaurants. Lisa made sure we were taken care of and would recommend this place for bigger families or a few friends making the trip out to Seaside. I would book again!

Great place

The house was great. Big enough for everyone. And the location was perfect. Far enough out so there wasn't a ton of traffic, but close enough to get where we wanted quickly. The people there before us trashed a few things, but the property manager was very helpful and very quick, and replaced things as we needed them!

Fave Seaside House EVER

My family loved this house! It was so roomy, and we all had our own spaces to sleep. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the firepit out back! The air hockey table was so much fun. The house is full of charm and all of the spaces are so well used and comfortable. My only complaint is the king bed mattress is the hardest I’ve ever slept on…I remedied it by folding a couple of extra blankets and putting them under the fitted sheet, and that did the trick. The location is great…two blocks to the beach, a block to a restaurant and market, and close to the golf course. Theres a playground nearby as well, but we didn’t make it over there this time. I highly recommend this property!

Spacious and comfortable. Home was clean, hot tub was great along with the fire pit outside. We enjoyed playing air hockey as well during the rain. Very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, unique house. It has a great location, within walking distance of the beach and some eateries. Our only complaint would be the mattresses, they all could use some updating! Overall, we had a great experience staying here.

Cozy Cottage

Loved this cozy two story cottage! The gas fireplace added to the ambience as well as quickly taking the chill off in the early mornings. The house was very clean and the deck was tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub in the afternoons. Location is quiet, shady and just two blocks from the beach. The king and queen beds are on the firm side and the staircase would be a challenge with anyone with mobility issues.

A Marine on a Mission

My son was home on a 10 day leave and his one request was to go to the beach. This house was perfect for our stay!! It was a quiet neighborhood with dining options within walking distance, the beach is a block West. About a mile North to the “main drag” and a hot tub in the back yard!! Everything we needed and wanted!!

The house was very comfortable to stay in. Beds were a little bit uncomfortable, and the stairs are pretty steep. Only had one small trip, and it was only at the last couple of steps, thankfully. We left a brand new set of sauté pans as the kitchen equipment is in pretty rough shape. otherwise, very nice stay.

Nice place

Nice cozy home near downtown, close to shops, beach and grocery stores. Very small kitchen and was well stocked with most items. It does have a 10 cup Mr. coffee but coffee is not provided so be sure to bring some. Warning; no iron or board, toaster or hair dryer. Overall nice cozy home.
