Located in a private gated community your beautiful and peaceful home away from home awaits you! Remodeled and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom and pull out queen bed available. Sleeps 8 comfortably. It's a golfers paradise and shoppers paradise, with many restaurants in walking distance to satisfy all tastes. There are two movie theaters that are also in walking distance or a short drive. Relax in the heated pool or hot tub just steps away. So whether your'e a baseball fan, golfer, shopper, nature lover, spa goer, or simply just want to escape the cold, "the valley of the sun" is for you!

*Attached two car garage is available for your use. *Please note that there are stairs from the garage and also front door and the unit is on the second story.

Included is HBO and many other premium channels, which can be enjoyed in the living room on a 60 inch flatscreen, and master bedroom with king size bed and HD high definition television.

The location of the property was perfect for us. The condo was a good size and had everything we needed. Having a garage to park in was really nice. The area was very quiet even though it was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It wasn’t quite as clean as I’d like, and I would suggest getting new bedding. Overall I’d recommend it .

Upon checking in Appliances dirty, coffee pot not functional, surfaces and grill on patio not clean. A coffee pot was purchased and delivered by Monday. Master bed uncomfortable and sagging mattress and pillows. We checked in early but expected these things would be cleaned as we gave warning of our flights at time of registration.

Property was clean and everything worked well. When a light failed, they were quick to respond and replace. Loved the walking trails around the lake and close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and I-60. Our only issue was the lack of sunshine and light in the house, which prompted us to leave each day to enjoy the sunshine elsewhere

The house is amazing. The ability to park the car in the garage was an amazing bonus. The pool and hot tub were great. The only thing that I would add to the kitchen is a cheese grater.

The balcony had a wonderful view. We loved enjoying our coffee to the sound of water. The condo has EVERYTHING you need for a family stay. There are kids sheets and a Porto crib on site as well as pool toys in the garage. The pool and hot tub were clean, quiet and everyone was very respectful. There are also 3 ponds on site that have little walking paths around them which was a fun surprise!

The property was spacious, clean and has a nice layout! Loved that it was a 'gated' community with a private pool. Dumpsters for garbage and the pool/hot tub were just steps from the condo. Superstition Lakes is close to everything in Mesa, Gilbert, Superstition Springs. It is the perfect location without the chaos of a busy city. We flew into Phoenix and thought that was convenient only being 20 minutes away but then we flew out of Mesa and that was only 6 minutes away! Would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice place. The fountains outside were relaxing to listen to. We had everything we needed in the home. Being able to use the garage was great - we got several days of rain during our visit. Watch out for the downstairs neighbor - we had only been there 30 minutes and had rolled our bags to each room. He knocked on the door to ask if we were exercising and wanted us to know they were below. It was very awkward - we were not loud. We didn’t see him again, but we weren’t there very much during the day either.
