Beautifully updated home ready to entertain! Convenient location in the heart of Fulton, near fishing, boat ramps, restaurants, bars, Rockport Beach and shopping. Sprawling and open floor plan with plenty of seating. Large backyard ready for BBQing. Clean and comfortable beds in all three bedrooms. WIFI and ROKU TV's in every bedroom and the living room. King bed in the master, Queen in the guest, a twin over full bunk with a pull out twin trundle in the bunk room and a pull out queen sofa sleeper the living. You'll love this getaway house!

Beach stay tradition

Enjoyed the trip. Such a cute house nice and roomy. Just a few things might need to updated the beds are a little bit uncomfortable at first, and need a few grab bars for those guest that are disabled. Over all well worth the price. Quite neighbors.

We were not able to use the bbq pit because it was dirty and there were big fire ants nearby.

May rent again. But blankets didn’t smell fresh/clean and there were dirty towels on the washer when we arrived

The house itself is very comfortable, enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood "Green Acres" looks a little questionable. We did not have any trouble, but I wasn't sure that we wouldn't. Had some issue with the trash pick up and some basic things like toilet paper but overall its a good place.

Delightful cottage - cute as a bug

Such a cute place and all our needs were anticipated. Although we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it was well-stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans needed for preparing family meals. There were board games in the living room, Keurig coffeemaker and google nest hub in the kitchen. Clean, fresh, cute bathrooms with fluffy towels. The place was wonderful in almost every way. The only thing that I would improve was the bed in the master bedroom. The thick foam topper on the bed swallowed me up like quicksand, making it hard to move. Once I gave in to it though, I slept very well.

Super Cute house

This house is adorable and decorated super cute! Love the open kitchen living area with the breakfast bar. The neighborhood looked a little questionable, but ended up being quiet and the people were friendly. The only complaint I have is my bed was not very comfortable, other than that this was a great house!

Cute little beach retreat

My granddaughters and I spent the weekend in Fulton/Rockport and stayed at this perfect, peaceful home. The home is cute, clean, updated, and perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay in this home if in Fulton again.
