Simply Severn - Bright, open, comfortable in Baltimore & DC Area.

Simply Severn is the perfect location to work, explore or play in Baltimore, Annapolis and all of the Washington DC area. Our home is a bright and open, split-level three-bedroom house in a quiet wooded neighborhood. You will be ten minutes from BWI airport, Maryland Live Casino, UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center and have easy access to I-95 to Baltimore and DC, I-97 to Annapolis. The Camden Train Line is available through the Dorsey MARC Train station less than 7 miles away.

The space
Simply Severn, our first guest home, has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a 43-inch smart Roku TV in the living room, and 3 full bathrooms. We provide a full kitchen and dining table that seats eight. Through french doors is an enclosed deck with a table and four chairs. We have a family room with a sofa-bed, a kid's table and desk, and a 32-inch Roku Smart TV downstairs. A full-size washer/dryer is available for guests who wish to clean their own clothes.

The large Master bedroom has a queen bed and sleeps two adults.
Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and sleep one or two guests.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and sleeps two adults.
The family room downstairs has a sleeper sofa that sleeps one or two guests.

We have high-speed Internet and WiFi through Comcast with full coverage throughout the house. Please note: we have streaming apps but don't subscribe to cable or satellite TV.

The front door is equipped with a passcode lock to open the house.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm
The day you plan to check in, we will send you an Access Code to enter the house. The code will work after 3:00 pm, using the electronic keypad lock.

Check-out is at 11:00 am
Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at 11:30 am on your check-out day to prepare the house for the next group of guests. Late checkouts will incur an additional charge.

The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. No trailers, RV's or camping vehicles are permitted.

A few things to note:
One room downstairs and the garage are locked and not available for guests. The fireplace downstairs is not to be used and is turned off for guest safety.

Our home has a septic tank system and thus it is VERY important that only the provided septic-safe toilet paper is used by guests. No wipes, paper towels, facial tissues or other items can be flushed down the toilet.

Our home water is provided by an on-property well. The areas aquifer is tested regularly and is also filtered locally to be clean and safe to drink. A Brita filtered pitcher and bottled water is also provide in the refrigerator for guest convenience.
