Located on a beautiful ridge in the picturesque Hunter Valley, this spectacular twenty five acre property offers a beautiful seven bedroom home with panoramic views. It is located minutes to the township of Branxton with easy access to the Hunter Expressway and only a short drive to the vineyards and restaurants of Wine Country.

The moment you get to Hillbrook, you know it is special. The driveway, weaves its way from the front gate passing the large dam and leading you to this fabulous house that has absolutely everything. Stepping inside, high ceilings and plentiful picture frame windows are immediate features with two separate living areas and seven bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms being split over two wings.

At the centre is a modern kitchen with stone tops, stainless appliances, induction cook top and pyrolytic oven. Adjoining the kitchen is an open dining/living room with huge dining tables with magnificent views across the valley and spilling out to an undercover alfresco area with stunning pool and more of the same breathtaking views.

The house has been beautifully styled with contemporary furnishings and fabrics. The whole house is kept comfortable year round by reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning. WiFi and Foxtel are supplied. It will feel like you have left the turmoil of the city behind.

Hillbrook also boasts a huge games room with a pool table, table tennis and a large TV with Foxtel.The grounds surrounding the home are manicured and fully fenced for pets, with a C5 vaccination certificate, and additional dog-proof yards if they need some time out.

Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 14 guests from $1847 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 14 guests from $1386 per night (Mon-Thu)
Extra guests are charged at $95 per person per night.
Children under 13 years are charged at $64 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on longer stays of 4 nights and over.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Wonderful pet friendly home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Extremely family friendly. We made good use of the pool and games room and the yard for ball games. There were bindis in the grass which made it a bit tricky for our dog to enjoy but otherwise the yard is just magical with beautiful views. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. Highly recommend for larger family weekends away! Thanks so much for having us!

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend for a bday celebration/wine weekend. The photos do not do the house justice. Location, set up and feel of the place were all very understated on the listing. We all had an amazing time and will hopefully come back next time we visit.

We had a wonderful stay Hillbrook Estate. Everything was as described, very comfortable for a family of 16. The play area was a boon for both the kids and the adults. All the beds were comfortable and the lounge area catered for all of us. The BBQ and outside dining area was great. I would definitely recommend this property for a Hunter Region escape

Amazing property and well looked after

On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The property was much more spacious than anticipated and very clean. Everything was well considered, as the kitchen had all the staples (salt, pepper etc) and plenty of blankets which is important in the cooler months. Will come again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, well equipped and fit 13 of us very comfortably. The photos don’t do this property justice. Sooo much better than we imagined. Nice property but the outside needs a little more maintenance before I’d give it a 5 ⭐️. ie: fire alarm not working,spider webs interior windows, fabulous outlook, spoiled by dirty windows, sunshades torn & recreational shed needed a bit of attention, table tennis broken lights not working.

Family Christmas

We are a family of 11 adults and 2 dogs and enjoyed our Christmas get together at Hillbrook Estate very much. The house was great for relaxing....and cooking..The pool was needed it was very hot. Also had some fun with the games in the shed. Great location away from the road and other properties...so quiet and beautiful stars to see at night sitting outdoors.

Excellent getaway house. Great venue with loads of activities available for all ages! Games room and pool were fantastic and all areas were clean and tidy. Everything was provided although you need to Bring another towel if you plan to use your pool. Excellent communication with Stayz. They always responded to every question I had in a very timely manner.

Perfect house for a group of friends
