This cozy coach house can be rented alone, or together with Vacation Station. Flip Flops are a must for your packing list to stay at Bus Stop this summer. This cozy spot is just what a small family or group of friend’s needs. Bus Stop brings you to the heart of the Beachwalk Resort within walking distance of everything across the street from the private resort pool and brand-new sprinkler pad to the beautiful shores of the private Lake Kai. Did we mention the pool is heated and there is a kiddie pool for the little swimmers? You can take a walk to the snack shop and get a soft serve Ice-cream cone on your way to the beach. Pack the complementary wagon with your gear and enjoy your day at the beach, which is only a 5-minute walk from your doorstep.

Cook inside or enjoy the natural gas grill on the patio. The living room offers a fireplace for those cooler nights and a television for your downtime. Fresh crisp linens await you. Sink into the plush bedding for a great night's rest.
Bus Stop is the guest house to Vacation Station, rented separate, but makes for the perfect pair if looking for a large space. Together with Vacation Station these homes sleep 19 guests in 7 bedrooms.

Excellent stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for our small family. The pool, lake, everything was wonderful. Only complaint is our first night there was a loud party in the house next door on Austin that went from 9:30-11pm with loud music and singing.

Cute, Serviceable Home Base

The property doesn't over-promise and it worked out great for our purpose, which was to have a "home base" while visiting family nearby. While the kitchen and deck were great to have, I would't plan on spending too much time in the house as it is quite small! Great deck, relative privacy for the development. The Beachwalk resort itself seems good for families, we were a bit out of place as a group of four adults! Awesome beach access. Certainly preferable location-wise as compared with hotels in Michigan City or other properties with difficult access to beaches and local amenities.

Bus Stop

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this property. It's a small space, but it has a great deck. Altogether, it's a great space for two adults and two children. I only have a couple small complaints:• The cookware is sparse. It would be nice to have a complete, set of pots and pans. • Bizarrely, the tub had no handle with which to turn on the water. I luckily had a vice grip in my car, so we were able to make it work. I told the Beachwalk office about this issue. They were all very nice, as was the repair person who came over. However, the issue was never resolved, and if I'm honest, I think I could have done with more communication from the office. Even if they had just finally told me they couldn't get the part that week, I would've appreciated that.

A week at bus stop

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bus stop had everything we needed. The towels were upgraded to extra large and there were plenty of them. The sheets were also upgraded. We thought the walk to the beach was too far. Other than that we loved it.
