Coolum Beach is becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination that has a wide range of Cafes and restaurants to choose from. It is centrally located in the Sunshine Coast with beautiful Beaches. Coolum Beach is patrolled year round. The Northern end of Coolum Beach is an off leash playground for dogs.

- Rates based on 2 - 6 Guests
- Security bond of $300 required within 5 days of making reservation, this will be refunded, minus any damages within 14 days of the end of your stay.
- Full tariff is due 21 days prior to your arrival date or on booking if booked less than 21 days prior to you stay
- If you cancel within 21 days of arrival date the tariff will be refunded on re-letting of the property for the same period. If you cancel 21 days or more prior to arrival date the tariff will be refunded. In either situation the Security Band is not refundable.
- We regret that the property is NOT available for Schoolies bookings
- We welcome well behaved pets. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside the house on their own beds. Dogs are NOT allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture or rugs. When the owners are not in attendance the dog must be kept outside.
- The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your kids and pets.

Other than a slight hic-up with the code for the lock box, we found we had everything we needed, the location is handy to the beach,Coles and a couple of oop shops ,we walk a lot of places but is handy to zip up to Noosa or down to Maroochyore.Our little dog loved beable to run around the garden and chase a ball,

Glorious Holiday

Zoe’s Beach House is like a home away from home. Very clean, plenty of room. Our two Westie dogs enjoyed themselves plenty of room in the back yard for them to investigate when we weren’t at the beach. The beach is just a short distance away and the weather was so beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great Coolum Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Zoe's beach house in Coolum. It is a neat and tidy three bedroom home with plenty of space for 6+ adults & kids. Sue was friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable too. Close to the main shops and beach (all only a mins drive or 10 mins walk. We will be back to stay again.

Fun for dogs, home away from home.

A well appointed house with many extra benefits. Pantry full of stuff to use when cooking. First aid kit, even cream for when one is bitten by mosquitoes in fridge. toys for kids and dogs, clean bedding for all. As I am disabled some grab bars in toilet and shower would be good plus a small ramp for the walker by the front door. Senior people who often have disability problems will love this dog friendly house

Zoe’s Beach House is perfect!

My elderly Mum and my sister stayed here with our dogs. It was perfect for my Mum to navigate on one level with no steps. The beach is only 2 mins drive away. This house had everything we needed and more! The outdoor area with rainforest garden is inviting. Very happy with our stay 😀

Relaxing dog friendly property

Our pups just love the beach and Stumers Creek, Coolum beach is an excellent place to go with your pet. Zoe's Place is a great location within walking distance to the beach and creek. Clean low maintenance holiday home close to shops, cafes and restaurants. If you don't want to go to the beach the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is a drive away.

The Adventures of Bonnie and Skye

Zoe’s Place was ideal for us and our pups Bonnie and Skye who love the beach. The house was very conveniently situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to Stumers Creek, the dog off leash beach. Great back yard fully fenced and private. House was very clean and ideal flooring if your dog is an inside dog. Would be great to stay again.

Great pet friendly stay close to the beach

Zoe’s Place is a great pet friendly stay close to the beach. It is very comfortable with two minor drawbacks. The gutters overflow causing water to pour into the rear patio. Also the lighting circuit breaker tripped on two occasions- probably after rain. The booking process was a bit clunky as it wasn’t easy to change dates & obtain the new rates.

Fantastic location in a quiet street and walking distance to beach and shops.

The hosts have thought of everything you need for your stay, we stayed Christmas week and even had a Christmas tree up for us. Our children and their partners stayed for a few days and we also took our youngest Bella (our fur baby) Just wish we had a few more days. Coolum Beach is the best location on the Sunny Coast.

September / October holiday at Coolum

Functional little house that met all our needs. I slept well at night in the main bedroom. My dog enjoyed the back yard. We loved having our breakfast on the back patio. The house is situated close to the beach and Coolum township so we walked everywhere and got some good exercise.
