This gorgeous modern 2 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for couples or a family looking for a relaxing beach break. Stroll along the boardwalk through the national park to the beach, dine at a number of exceptional local restaurants and cafes or simply relax at home and enjoy the sea breezes while watching the sun set over Mount Coolum. With everything you need within walking distance there is no need to start your car once your at Zeby's Beach Break! This is the place to unwind and relax!

Enjoy the open plan living and relaxing alfresco area this house provides. The house has been decked out with beautiful new furniture and is truly a home away from home. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is provided in the main living area and master bedroom plus ceiling fans through-out. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Each of the bedrooms contain a queen bed. There is an ensuite and walk-in robe off the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe and is adjacent to the main bathroom with bath. Laundry facilities are provided, including s 2 in 1 washer/dryer and laundry tub.

Secure single secure garage available for your use with remote controlled roller door.

PET FRIENDLY and access to off leash beach (dawn and dusk) and on leash all day.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please ensure all fans lights and air-conditioning units are off on departure.

Please ensure all bin bags, including bathroom bins are placed into he outside bin on departure. If departing on a Thursday, please but outide bins on the curb for collection Friday.

Please ensure the inside set of keys (garage key, sliding doors and gate key) are placed on the kitchen bench. Front door key must be returned to the key lock box outside where you got it on arrival.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was well maintained full of things that made you feel like you were at home. Books, DVDs, accessible internet, TV, soundbar and dog bowls. The host was quick to respond when we couldn't work out how something worked. The kitchen had all the basics you needed and more. Very pet friendly, close to beach, park, shops/cafes and walkways.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was easy to find and situated in a great spot. Close to the beach, boardwalk, local shops and in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was comfortable and comprised all the amenities needed for a lovely stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would also recommend Zeby's to others looking for suitable holiday accommodation!

Reasonable location - you could hear the sea - but garage was quite narrow and beds could do with new mattresses. the place was not clean enough for my wife's standards, but OK. I found a number of things that could have been easily repaired by a handyman - the clock above the TV needed adjusting (not so easy, in that location) and one of the chairs had a wooden arm that really needed to be glued down. Great to have 3D glasses, but there was only one 3D movie that we could find, and then found that 'this function is not supported'! We were amazed at the huge number of DVDs to choose from - a big plus. The beds were quite uncomfortable I'm afraid. The house had everything you really needed for a holiday stay, if a little far from the sea. Great to actually have a proper garage, even if it ws a bit squeezy.
