The condo lay out was very nice, spacious and clean! The view was amazing with the tall windows. This unit is located in tower 3 and their is construction going on for the beach access therefore we had to walk to another tower to get onto beach. Was not aware of this going on when booked, otherwise great unit, location and stay.

What a fun family trip we had to Panama City Beach! This condo gives you the best of both worlds, direct beach access or use of their lovely pools- which we were grateful for, because the ocean was pretty rough most of our stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and everything was so tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, though there could be more silverware. The condo was fairly clean, but needed a good mopping, as the floors left the soles of our feet black from the first day. Minor inconvenience in the scheme of things though. We had a great week!

Property was just like the pictures. Balcony was our favorite part of the property. We had a little hiccup when we first arrived to get into the condo, but was able to communicate right away with the property manager and the problem was solved right away. Would suggest a few baking dishes/cookie sheets/ pizza pan. Overall would stay again.

Perfect location and accommodations. Only thing I did not like was security at the pool does not allow anything to drink within 4 feet of the pool and states it is a FL law which not intrude! They harass the guest constantly, even a bottle of water is not allowed.

Excellent condo, great 11th floor views

We have rented from Kim's Condos several times over the years, but this particular condo at Long Beach Resort, Tower 3, #1103 was hands down the best! Comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for an entire week's stay. Great views from every room and an awesome balcony that we enjoyed every morning and evening. We especially enjoyed the double chaise! A set of beach chairs is included in the rental fee, which was an unexpected bonus and very appreciated. NO problems or complaints whatsoever....truly a home away from home! Can't wait to come back next year. When we do, we will request the same unit. Thank you Kim's Condos!

Definitely will stay again.

All descriptions on the listing were spot on. This is our 3rd. Vacation to stay with Long Beach Resort, first time in tower 3. Owner communicated very well by e-mail. Condo was clean!! They sent a copy of charges by mail as well as other info like: access door code and info to change it to your own personal code for your stay, free Wifi what network and password, beach gate access code and parking pass. All was received in the mail within two weeks before we departed to the beach. All activities, dining, attractions are near by. Pineapple Willy's is so close you can walk. WalMart is across the street for any grocery needs. Guards at the gate only Long Beach guests can enter. Definitely would recommend this condo. Long Beach Resort is definitely our go to vacation spot.

AMAZING!!!!

This condo is way better than it looks on pictures. I went with my family and they loved the setup of the whole place. My parents even wanted to stay an extra night longer than we had booked. We went at a less busier time and the serene environment was very soothing. The location is very convenient with a Walmart right opposite the resort and surrounding restaurants. All the activities that we wanted to do were within a 5mile radius, if that. The ocean view is breath taking, the sand at the beach is very soft and the water is clean. We all felt that our stay was too short. All the furniture is very modern. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely rent this place out again in the future. Any questions that I had, Kim addressed them promptly and the directions and instructions she provided us were very straight forward. I highly recommend it.

We loved this place great location to everything

We loved this spot cleaners are not the best wish we didn't have to pay that fee my wife is a clean freak anyway but overall we would stay here everytime the best so far and we travel all the time i enjoy the view and all thanks for making our mini vacation the best everyone for a great place please stay here you will love it i promise you.
