On 1st floor (stairs) with big north facing balcony and double bifold doors. Close to everything yet very quiet at night. Very light with windows on three sides, spacious and all amenities. Easy walk to shops, pubs, yummy restaurants and public transport. Polished wooden floors, new bathrooms, smeg oven and dishwasher.
The tram to the Melbourne CBD is 3 minutes walk and the journey takes about 15 minutes into Melbourne. The train is about 5 minutes walk.
Walk one km to Lygon Street and then catch the tram to Carlton for yummy Italian food, gelato and the Nova Cinema.
It's a great neighbourhood with all sorts of different people and nationalities, great op shops, restaurants and foods from all countries, great pubs and bars, public transport, cafes - Brunswick has it all. Easy to access bath paths and parks (Royal Park is a few ks away as is Princes Park) - you can walk or tram to the zoo.

Why they chose this property
This apartment is really really large. It has large windows on three sides so there's plenty of light. Best is is very quiet even though located about 2 minutes walk to supermarkets, shopping hubs, bars and restaurants. It's 5 minutes to the trauma and train - an easy 15 minute trip into the CBD. There's a north and south balcony - great for drinks and nibbles in the evening (or any time really). Two bathrooms (one bedroom has an ensuite) with a bath as well. It is very comfortable with polished spotted gum floors and a large kitchen polished stone bench. SMEG appliances too
