Large open and spacious light filled 3 bedroom x 2 bathroom house located on a large fully enclosed fenced yard located only 800m to the beach at red rocks. It is a situated in middle of cowes close to all aspects and facilities but also far away from the hustle and bustle if needed. Perfect to fulfil everyones needs.

Please note there are security cameras that have been fitted recently to add extra security to the property.

The photos do mark a lovely space that features clean furnishings, beds, lounge and kitchen appliances. The lounge has a wood fire heater, kitchen and dining area has air conditioning,

The house has 2 x flat screen TV's, laminated floors, a lovely outdoor deck area, BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
1 x Queen Bed (with En-suite & built in robe)
1 x Queen Bed (built in wardrobe)
1x Bunk Beds and mattress
1 porta cot

There is a sofa bed in lounge area that folds out for double bed as well, if some one is having trouble sleeping

Bathroom configuration:
1 x En-suite (with shower and toilet)
1 x Bathroom (with shower and bath)
1 x Separate toilet

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. There is a cleaning fee charged for service.

Great location and house

Great location and a fantastic house for kids and dogs. We were in easy reach of Phillip Island's many many things to do but the neighbourhood was still quiet. We'd definitely stay again.

Peaceful location

The property in out of the way of the town but only a short drive into town. The house was well set up and easy to access with detailed instructions. Very much enjoyed our time here.

A peaceful getaway

This property never dissapoints. Far enough out of Cowes to be peaceful, but close enough for the teens to move between. 5 minutes walk to the beach. My family look forward to this annual stay every new years!

Relaxed and unwound at Red Rocks by the beach :-)

We love this place. Every year we look forward to our stay at relax and unwind @ outlook red rocks. Every year we come back rejuvenated refreshed and happier people and pets :-) It ticks all our boxes - ours and our two "working dogs" (ha ha!). The fully fenced back yard. The extensive covered back deck. The super comfy QS bed (firm mattress YAY!!!). The open fire. The well-equipped facilities. Simple essentials thoughtfully appointed leave the place uncluttered and open and free to do what we go there to do... relax and unwind!! It's 5 mins from our favourite beach (Cowes to Ventnor). Its 5 mins to our favourite shops@Cowes. It's so quiet. It's a place that fully embraces Island Time. Communication with the property manager is so efficient and easy. We are so grateful for this property having been made available to us for so many years. 20 stars from us (that's 5 stars each).

Everthing was great with the accommodation and the host Anne. The property, location, amenities provided suited us perfectly. My only complaint is with the Stayz app as it didn't have any details about the trip and the email that was sent with the information I didn't receive until the 16th, the day beforehand. I was already away by then so never saw the email until after the trip as it ended up in clutter file anyway. The lack of information on the app and it telling me I had no upcoming trips still on the 15th October was very concerning. I ended up contacting the host who confirmed the booking and provided the door codes and address. If the information had been received earlier we would have stripped beds etc. We left the place clean. Hope everything was ok.

My friends, my pooch and myself all had a lovely stay here at Anne’s property. There is a huge enclosed yard any dog would would enjoy playing around in and spacious living areas. Only a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to the Main Street in cowes.

Annual getaway

Our stay was beautifully warm (while inside with heaters and gorgeous fire as needed...!) for our annual mid-winter getaway. The beach was wild, wintry, often deserted... perfect!! The v large, covered decking is perfect for us, with space to move and play and relax, together with large spacious lawn. Such a wonderful place to play and chill and to work on our various creative projects.

Home away from home!

We found this house suited our every need. Very roomy inside that we did not feel like we were on top of each other The outside huge deck area and BBQ is awesome. It felt very homely and had everything we needed. Very close to some of the beautiful beaches on the island. We will definitely be back. The one and only negative we could find was the driveway being very narrow, but that is not a deal breaker. Anne was very easy to deal with in every aspect of our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Well-located, comfortable holiday house with large well-fenced back yard and large undercover rear patio - ideal for dog-owning families, especially if your pooch would enjoy a swim at the beach just a short walk away (we went every morning!). We loved it!
