The Old Cottage at Cowes

Located in the heart of Cowes, the main hub on Phillip Island, this quaint cottage is in a perfect location, a 100-metre walk to Cowes Main Beach (walk down Eva Lane), a short walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes & restaurants. Everything is at your fingertips.

The Old Cottage features 3 bedrooms (2 Double beds and 2 single beds), open plan living, dining and kitchen, family bathroom with toilet, laundry, BBQ in the back area, extra toilet in the back area and a cute verandah looking over the garden. A relaxing area to spend the day away. The kitchen is fully fitted out; all you need to bring is your food and drinks.

Fully fenced with off street parking and pets are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE:

LINEN: Sheets, pillowcase and bath towels are not provided. You can bring your own or hire linen from the holiday manager. There are doonas with covers, pillows, extra blankets, bathmat, hand towel and tea towels.

BOND: There is a $400 bond and this is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location and a quaint cottage for you to enjoy your break away.

- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.

- LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
