Filled with natural light, located on the top floor of the Waterfront Suites complex, and furnished for relaxed comfort - you can't look past this Paihia apartment.
A welcoming space with views out to the water from the living area and balcony and air-conditioning and heat pump both on hand to keep everyone comfy year-round. This is the perfect spot for a couple or family to make home this trip.
Make use of the heated lap pool, kiddy pool, BBQ area and two car parks in the secured underground garage, all part of the complex.
Two boat ramps are down the road at the swimming beaches where you can also hire kayaks and jet skis. A large playground is around the bluff at the beach opposite the gas station.
Situated right in the heart of Paihia so you'll love being a stroll away from the shops, post office and pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, and the wharf. From the wharf catch your bus or boat to explore all that the Bay of Islands has to offer!

This property is located on the top/third level of the complex, there is a lift from the underground garage straight up to the apartment entrance for your convenience.Please note the swimming pool and BBQ are shared facilities.This property offers secure garage parking for up to 2 vehicles.Please note that this property is located in the Waterfront Suites complex, and as such is bound by the same terms guests booking direct are regarding access to the property.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.Please note that Heat Pump/AC has been removed from the property as it is currently under maintenance. We will add this back to the listing again once it has been repaired.
