The mezzanine style upper floor allows lots of natural light throughout and here you will find three bedrooms (two with air conditioning) and the main bathroom. The large air conditioned master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite with spa bath, and is tucked away on the lower level of the house. A study on this level offers additional room if required.

You will enjoy an airconditioned living area, master bedroom and the third and fourth bedrooms. The second bedroom receives cooling from bedroom three when the shared door is left open. All bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Beach/Pool towels available for hire $5 per towel - please advise at time of booking.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
