Ruby Tuesday - Little Beach House

Ruby Tuesday beach house is nestled on the edge of Anna Bay sand dunes. It is within walking distance of the beach and shops. The house is open plan, single level and captures the ocean breeze. The large enclosed backyard has beautiful lawns and gardens allowing for casual entertaining.

Ruby Tuesday is located just a short 10 minute walk to the patrolled Birubi beach which is the gateway to Anna Bay sand dunes. The beach has both a large open section for surfing/windsurfing etc and a protected end adorned with rock pools and little bays making it perfect for children and dogs.

From our backyard we have gate allowing for direct sand dune access and provide views sweeping all over Anna Bay. The 4wD track entrance is at the end of the street and the surf club that serves breakfast and lunch at the other end. If you love the feel of an endless summer Ruby Tuesday offers it all.

Walk to the end of the street to watch the sunset over the water at one of the only west facing beaches on the east coast and after a long day at the beach, retreat to the lush backyard and enjoy a barbecue with friends or family. The outdoor entertaining room is the perfect place to watch a movie under the stars.

The backyard is 100% lockable and completely fenced, it keeps our two small dogs in safe. We have a large driveway that can fit 3 cars. Opposite the house a cycle path runs to the surf club and Robinson Reserve that has both a skate park and playground.

The house sleeps 4 guest. We have two large bedrooms (king bed in the main bedroom and queen bed in the second bedroom). There is room in the main bedroom for a port-a-cot if need be.

Inclusions - wifi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher) with appliances (Nespersso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, sandwich press) smart TV, outdoor shower, outdoor entertaining are and BBQ.

Baby items: high chair, stroller, baby bath, port-a-cot, change mat and toys.

Complete access to the house, backyard and back outdoor room. The garage is locked and this cannot be used.

We are available to answer any questions throughout your stay

Bike path across the road from the house that leads up to the beach and sand dune access at the back of the house.

We have 2 bikes at the house available to use as you please.

A great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and a well equipped kitchen should cooking be on your vacation agenda! A 10 minute walk to the beach and local shops makes this an ideal place to enjoy a coastal escape. I would have no hesitation in returning to ‘Ruby Tuesday’ on any day of the week!

This was the third time we stayed at this lovely little house on a short break to Anna Bay. It's great for our family and Frenchie. Perfect family get away

This place has an amazing location, at the bottom of the hill at Anna Bay. We have an active dog, so the walk up the hill to breakfast and the beach was perfect. The cafe at Anna Beach was our breakfast each day. To get a window seat, you have to book early the previous day. The house is modern, has everything, perfect beach shack for a family holiday with the dog. We will be back!!

Disappointing

Very disappointed with some aspects of the property. The soap container in the bathroom was empty, shower wash in shower was almost empty, not enough toilet paper (had to buy it), shelf in shower falling off wall, dog poo left in back yard, sheets on bed very thin and could see the stains on the mattress through the sheets (no mattress protector), no spare towels (very thin quality), glass cooktop chipped on edge and cut my hand. The remote for air conditioner did not work and we had to purchase new batteries. Cleaner arrived at 7.30am on morning of checkout to clean - told me she had been told we left the night before? Should have a warning advising of the dreadful prickles outside back gate (not just a note in the folder) my dog was injured by these prickles and this caused distress as she is a large dog and it was extremely difficult trying to carry her back to the property- Overall not one of our better Stayz experiences.
