Property not as described.

We booked the property for 2 nights and were led to believe that this was similar to the one below, Lombok. This was not the case as there was no deck for the dog, the shower and sink was in the bedroom, and the facilities were poor. For example, we had only one wine glass. In addition, there were building works next door which started at 6.00. This was compounded by the use of an angle grinder from 6.45. We were hoping for a nice relaxing day at the property but were left with no option but to return home after one night. We have complained to the host and Stayz but have not heard from either party about the issues raised

Wonderful location

Check in was super easy and as described in email communication. Room was suitable for our short stay of 4 nights. We enjoyed it so much we booked the penthouse for next year which provides more room and fabulous views and more facilities for a longer stay. We have two poodle cross doggies and they enjoyed the walks along the beaches too. The accommodation doesn't have any specific area for dogs outside that is fenced so you will need to take them on lead for their toileting needs but the park along the waters edge isn't far away. We had the location to ourselves so it was very quiet. There was some building going on next door but after a quiet word he was very considerate and worked accordingly. We did take our own towels as often we find those provided are rather thin and small which was the case here too. I also take a sharp knife and basic condiments. There were some very basic essentials but shopping at Agnes Waters is only a few kilometres away. The room we were in only has a microwave and full size fridge. There were no coat hangers. We are looking forward to next year and hope to encourage some friends to join us.

Perfect location

We had a lovely time. The lodge was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great. It’s the perfect location for this area!! Highly recommend!!
