Two bedroom mid-town condo with a pool!

Welcome to our lovely two bedroom condo located in convenient, midtown Tiffanie by the Sea. This ocean block gem features a comfortable, beachy feel with recently updated flooring, furniture and decor throughout. During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and watering holes, but also only a short drive to the convention center, boardwalk and inlet. Property includes a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and a drip coffee maker for meals in. WIFI and an outdoor pool included in season. Bedding includes a queen in the master with a twin trundle, and two pyramid bunk beds in the second bedroom. This is a 2nd floor walk-up Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests and rents any 3 nights throughout the year.
Non-smoking/Vaping. No Pets Please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The place was very cute, well decorated and super functional. We loved the barstools and bar on the balcony. While we didn’t find it to be super “dirty” a deep clean was definitely needed. (We found coffee still in the coffee pot, a -clean- swim diaper under the bed, and a Cheerio on the floor.) We loved reading the guest book and seeing who else had stayed there.

Great for large family

Was a perfect size for our family. The location was convenient to beach and activities but could get noisy from street traffic. The bedroom floor was extremely squeaky and we had a heavy footed tenant above us. Overall it was a decent apartment.

Perfect Little Oasis

We wanted a place for our family of 4 to get away for a little while this summer. This condo was perfect! It's just a few steps from being directly on the beach, we were surrounded by good restaurants and things to do, it was adorably decorated and updated and super clean, the pool was great. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Beach Vaca

The property was clean and spacious for our family of 7, 3-adults, 2- 14 yr olds, 1- 11 yr old, 1- 4 yr old. Had all the essentials for the kitchen, which was great for making meals at home. Definitely don’t forget your linens, towels, and paper towels/toilet paper and soaps: hand and shower! Having the pool right there was a huge bonus for my little one when the ocean was rough. And being able to walk back and forth from the beach so easily was awesome. While it can be pretty noisy in the area, at night it isn’t as much so nothing to worry about. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to OCMD! Thank you!

Close to beach but dirty condo

Pros: quick walk to beach Cons: located on busy drag strip road, upon arrival we had to vacuum up sand in kitchen and hair & sand on balcony. Kitchen floor was swiffered 3x and still black. Kids bedroom too stuffy. Master bdrm needs better mattress & pillows! Overall this condo needs a deep clean and some touching up. My son walked in & said "the pictures were way better" & it was true! I did call to let mgmt aware & they said they'd credit me $50 but if my fee was more- then I should have been refunded full cleaning amount as the condo felt unclean throughout. I wanted to love this condo but cleanliness & upkeep is important to me.

We had a wonderful stay.

This property was amazing and plan on coming back the same time next year. The property was very clean, accessible to restaurants, bars, and the ocean. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and lopsided. Wasn’t a great night sleep. The master shower is very tight and challenging to maneuver for a big guy like me who’s over 6’5”. However, our overall stay was a delight and cheers to the owners who maintain a beautiful vacation flat.

Nice Condo, Pool and location

The condo had everything we needed. The bunks accommodated the kids. There was also a trundle bed in the master. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool. It was clean and just the right size. And, the proximity to the beach and businesses on coastal highway was just right.
