Perched perfectly above the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, World Class Views is a brand-new, purpose-built holiday home with designer details and an incredible, scenic outlook. To further maximise options for groups, this house boasts 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, heat pumps and a large wood burner all complete with a well-appointed kitchen.
The Space:
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter through the main entrance to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Open the doors to the wrap around balcony with views from the stunning Remarkables to Ben Lomond Mountain. Behind all the fun on the top floor is a guest toilet, as well as the first two bedrooms both complete with ensuite bathrooms and the master including a designer bath.
As you head downstairs, you have the laundry area hidden in the cupboard then halfway down is the back door which leads out to the garden. Downstairs starts with two Queen bedrooms to your left, both with ensuite bathrooms and a small rumpus room for kids and teens to hang out and use the games console and TV.
Next you enter the second half of the house – this can also be accessed from the outside for convenience or for the less mobile avoiding any stairs. This side of the house has another kitchen, TV, small dining area as well as three Queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen area and the fifth bedroom are both lake facing with the other two Queen bedrooms (6 & 7) sharing a bathroom.
In the summer months, open all the glass doors to BBQ with plenty of places to sit, eat and relax. Absolutely ideal for large groups.
