Summer House house is a light, modern home offering five bedrooms with two living areas of comfort and style. Stunning views and open spaces are yours to enjoy at your leisure. Ideally located in a quiet area, the town, with its fabulous shops, is a short stroll away. You’ll love our place because it's a spacious family home in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house is large, tastefully decorated and contains everything that you could need for a relaxing holiday.
Can accommodate 11 - perfect for two families.
The main open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area accommodates 10 people comfortably. The dining room table seats 10. There are two sofas and a very comfortable window seat. Kitchen contains all of the appliances necessary to cook up a storm. There is a double oven with gas cook top and dishwasher. The Nespresso coffee machine is located in the butler's pantry as is the iron and ironing board.
The barbecue is situated on the deck just off the dining room area. Outdoor seating is for 6 but with room for more. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with a comfy sofa, cushions and stunning view.
Upstairs TV is connected to the basic Foxtel channels and you are welcome to connect to our WiFi (Password is on fridge). The weekend Australian newspaper will be delivered.
Downstairs is the main bedroom (king sized bed) with ensuite bathroom and study/library. The laundry (with washing machine and dryer) is also downstairs next to the extra toilet.
The other part of the house contains a double bedroom (king sized bed), a second double bedroom (queen sized beds) and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is also a single day bed with a pull out trundle in the downstairs sitting room (TV and sofa). Downstairs bathroom contains shower, separate bath and separate toilet.
Main entry is via a quiet side street. There is ample parking.
Summer House abuts the town boundary so there are endless spaces for you to walk or for the kids to kick the footy or play cricket. The views are uninterrupted and there isn't much that beats sitting on the deck soaking up the magnificent sunsets.
We ask that you do not make a booking if you intend to host parties or play loud music. This is a quiet part of town and we respect our neighbours.

Spent a lovely weekend here with friends. Lots of space and very comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place.
