About the host
Hosted by Deneen Schoenke
I am a Minnesota native who has had the privileged of living on three different lakes and have visited a lot of them. Managing Schoenke Shores is a great way to have other folks enjoy spending time with family and friends witch is one of my favorite things to do. Minnesota has a lot to offer with our 10,000 lakes such as fishing, boating, skiing, tubing, wake boarding, kayaking, ice fishing and snowmobiling. We have a beach/dock landing area, antique shops and restaurants. Howard Lake has it all! Interaction with guests
Why they chose this property
We have a pontoon rental next door at Codger's Cove. We also have kayak & fishing gear rental in town at a business called The Man Cave. There are also snowmobile trails and great boating and ice fishing all year around. We have the local Legion that has bands every weekend and meat raffles Friday and Saturday's all year around. which is just a half miles away. Troubles has pizza deliveries and 3:00 meat raffle on Saturdays during the winter months and the location is blocks away. Local liquor and Grocery store with local antique shops in town. We are across the road from the Wright County Fair Grounds for the Wright County Fair.
