About this property

SPACIOUS COASTAL RETREAT Spa, Beaches & Pet Friendly

Our home is located in a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac within walking distance to the beach. This property can accommodate several families or groups wanting a relaxed or adventurous coastal break together under the same roof! It includes free limitless wifi, EV charger and free parking. Has locked garage, bike racks & cleaning facilities.
We are just a short walk to patrolled beaches, wharf and river. It's a 6 minute drive to town and sits half way between the Narooma and Mogo Mountain Bike Trails.
There are walking and bike paths and we are surrounded by nature, river and ocean.
Our open plan, two story property has five bedrooms (3 down/2 up) and two bathrooms. There is an outdoor kitchen, spa and entertaining area, with a large, fenced backyard. The modern kitchen has everything you would use in your everyday living... and when you open the six slider doors, this whole area opens up for that indoor, turns outdoor feel!
Guests have access the whole property including the garage (on request) for bike or equipment storage. Well behaved outdoor pets are welcome to join you on holiday.
Sorry, no schoolies or loud party goers!!!

Perfect family stay!

We were so lucky to be able to stay at this fantastic family holiday home at such short notice. Tracey has been so accommodating from the moment I put the booking in. There was welcome chocolates for us which was such a sweet gesture. The house was clean, well equipt with everything you need, bedrooms and living areas were so spacious and there is plenty of room for entertaining. There was 10 adults and 4 kids staying and so room to roam inside and out. The kids loved feeding the chickens each day. We were sad to leave but will return again! I am an active person that loves to be with my family doing outdoor activities. I am a mother of three adult children and wife to my lovely husband! We all play sport, surf, swim, ski and live in such a place, we can do all this with ease... We all love food, doing coffee, surfing, going to movies and being with friends.....

Why they chose this property

We built this property ourselves and it has been our family home until we downsized and turned it into a permanent holiday house. As we love the beach, it was the perfect place to raise our family. It is quite spacious and easily accommodates several families and friend groups. We allow outdoor pets in the fully fenced backyard.

What makes this property unique

Ideal for several families or friends groups. Family friendly with a fully fenced backyard, spa and large verandah with outdoor kitchen and bar fridge. As much as we would like to appeal to everyone, unfortunately no schoolies or party group bookings will be accepted. Please don't book if this is your intention, as offensive noise and behavior will end in eviction without a refund!!!
