Summary:
Set in an amazing position this beautifully appointed home is full of natural light and is cosy. The interior is fitted with all modern new appliances, is spacious, warmly lit, full of character having high vaulted ceiling with exposed timbers. A large deck features unobstructed views of Lake Wakatipu & Remarkables mountains. Free unlimited super-fast WIFI, Netflix & free private parking. Walk to town for breathtaking views, or take the bus!

The Space:
Being recently refurbished every effort has been taken to ensure guests enjoy the maximum amount of comfort and relaxation time.
The lounge is spacious extremely well lit having high ceilings and full room width, floor to ceiling windows. These look directly out to stunning views of the lake and mountains.
The room is fully heated by an electric heat pump and has air conditioning for the summer months. The combined lounge and dining area is great for socializing, with soft throws for all and comfy seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped will all the modern conveniences one might expect including large Samsung fridge freezer, electric oven, and hob, microwave, rice cooker, quality Nespresso machine, and all crockery and cutlery to produce a gourmet meal, should you desire. There is also ample storage space and a combined clothes washing and drying machine with complimentary washing powder for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed fitted with top quality hotel linen, 1500 gram topper, and electric blanket. This bedroom looks towards the lake and has stunning views even when laying in the bed. The bedroom is also fitted with its own heated towel rail and inset flat-screen Samsung 32 inch Smart TV.
The second bedroom has a Queens sized bed again fitted with top quality hotel linen, including 15000-gram topper and electric blanket. The room is also fitted with its own heated towel rail and inset flat-screen Samsung 32 inch smart TV.
The bathroom is well equipped with walk-in shower cubical having complimentary, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
There is a separate water closet (WC) room so you will never be caught short!
The outside deck area is amazing. Ideal for socializing or relaxing, reading a book, having a morning coffee or whilst tasting that local wine perhaps purchased from that day's excursions.
There are breathtaking views towards the lake and after a hard day's adventures exploring Queenstown or doing activities, it is an ideal space to sit back relax and enjoy the incredible views!
The barbeque offers those wanting an alternative dining experience at home, an opportunity to maximize their time outdoors.

The Neighborhood:
Alpine Meadows is a residential area with amazing wide panoramic views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible scenic walks including into town. (Great photo opportunities)
A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk.
There is a public bus stop directly opposite providing hassle-free easy access to the city center and a children's outdoor playground is 2 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!

Getting Around:
At the end of our street and directly opposite is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute ride into central Queenstown.
Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Uber" is also very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive!

Interaction with Guests:
When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!
