Beautiful, comfortable condo right on beach!

Loved this condo! Very clean, beautiful furnishings, very well equipped, it had everything we needed! The complex is very well maintained, clean and felt right at home. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Great property, great location, great owners!

We recently stayed at this property for a week during our spring break. The unit and location were perfect. Everything was very convenient and extremely well organized. Jabir was extremely helpful and very responsive. If you are looking for a convenient, well maintained place right on the beach, this is an excellent choice!

Great location. Great view! Needs screen door, cheap polyester sheets, needs new mattresses, could use. 2nd fan, the portable a/c was a life saver, toilet flush handle was broke manager tried to repair but was unable. She was quick to respond. Great grounds.

An amazing Condo

Just completed our 4 week stay at this amazing beachfront condo. The unit is beautifully appointed and furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Access to beach is just across the street and we found beach chairs, umbrellas, and even boogey boards were available in the unit. It was just a short walk to the pier one way, and the marina (where there were lots of restaurants) the other way. We'll definitely plan on staying here again!

Perfect family weekend!

This condo and the view are amazing! Absolutely everything was as described and in perfect condition! The view, the decor, the appliance - EVERYTHING was perfect. The only thing we will change the next time we rent this property is the lender of our stay! 3 nights is not enough! So relaxing and smooth all the way around. Jabir was excellent with his prompt replies. The peppery as well as the condo association were wonderful. Thank you for everything, Jabir!

Amazing!

The condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is a short walk to the beach - easily accessible stairs. The condo itself is comfortable, clean, updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc., and it has new appliances. I highly, highly, recommend this condo. It is perfect for a small family or a couple of adult friends who want a beach getaway. The grounds, too, are beautiful, and everyone was extremely helpful. The owner is very responsive to email, phone calls, texts. The app for this condo is updated and has all of the check-in information you need. I have rented with VRBO before and this experience was the best, by far. The whole experience was perfect.

Best Winter Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for about 5 weeks from the end of January through all of February (2015). Everything was as promised - fully decorated, accessorized, convenient and beautiful. The products left for our use (eg. shampoo, body wash, etc.) were a welcome surprise. It felt larger than the photos indicate. Except for the sound of waves (which was a highlight), we heard nothing from other apartments, the complex, or even other rooms in the condo. When doors were shut, I could be in the bedroom and not hear the TV in the living room. This was a plus for us. For me, the best part was the balcony overlooking the beach. Every morning (after an early walk), coffee out there watching the birds and surfers. At night - watching the sun go down with a glass of wine, was the perfect ending to a day. Highly recommend and hope to return.

It was filthy, it was in poor condition and was NOT the oceanfront "Luxury Condo" it was advertised to be. We were moved from original unit because it was uninhabitable. The second unit was not much better. Evolve , the company that manages these units refunded our cleaning deposit but that is all. Instead of celebrating life after a tough year with cancer we had to clean a condo and make do with terrible conditions. The management company was of little help. These units should never have been rented out and I now see they have been removed from VRBO. Try to eat a steak?? Rusty knives. We had to replace frying pans because the ones there were destroyed by previous guests. We had to clean under the sink because it was full of garbage. We couldn't sit out on the balcony because the chairs were unsafe. Shower had black mold on the floors and mildewed shower curtain. Getting into the utility closet for supplies required a knife to pry open the door because the door handle was off. The list goes on and on. Coffee maker didn't work. No dishwasher soap....and so on.

What An Awesome Condo

What a wonderful condo!! We spent a glorious week listening to the waves and watching the sun set from the comfort of the balcony. The views of the ocean, beach, and sunset were more than we could have imagined. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Could not have asked for anything better. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could want to prepare fabulous meals. Easy access to the grills located in the complex made for easy grilling. The up-dated bathrooms were beautiful. This condo is located within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend breakfast at Stratford at the Harbor and dinner at Rockin Baja Lobster. The Tin Fish by the pier had a wonderful swordfish sandwich. It was so nice to park the car in the secure garage and walk to everything. The communication with the owner made my first VRBO rental an excellent experience. I can't say it enough - everything was AMAZING and we hope to definitely come back for another week in this luxurious condo.

Place is filthy

After reading the poor review from July, I contacted the property manager who assured me cleanliness issues would be taken care of. She didn't do what she said she would do. Kitchen had food remnants on the floor, cupboards were dirty, dishes, pots and pans not clean. We had to put anything we wanted to use in the dishwasher before using. Food splatters on walls, couch, ottoman. Refrigerator needs replaced - freezer door barely opens and is rusty inside. Baths weren't clean - hair in drain, shower curtain mildewed. Multiple burned out bulbs in light fixtures. Floor fan is filthy. Couch frame is broken. Had we had another option, we would have left the place.

North Coast Condo

There were 4of us and we had the best time. The view was amazing and the sounds of the ocean was amazing from all rooms in the condo! The condo was everything that was described. You could not have gotten a better location. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Everything we needed and wanted was close by.

Just very pleasant

So the complex is a little dated, and the room wasn’t sparkling new… we wanted to relax and unwind, and this was the perfect spot and condo to meet the need. Randi was incredibly easy to reach and ensured we had easy access and helped with extra parking for our second car; the kitchen was well stocked with sundry items including coffee for the keureg. Didn’t hurt that the weather was perfect and easy sleeping with the cool air and sound of waves breaking … queue up Jimmy Buffet and put your toes in the sand… we’ll definitely be back!

This is an end unit with direct unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There is also an exit to the beach in the closest stairwell to the unit. My family (3 kids) loved the easy access to the beach and the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Watch surfers in Bed

Wonderful owner who was immediately responsive. Amazing location where you are literally right on the beach and can even watch surfers from the shower. Unit was very well appointed and very comfortable. Only info really is more for the area, not the unit itself or the owner. It's in a large complex, so the pool and area is usually a little crowded. Nothing too bad, but if you are looking for total peace and quiet, this isn't the best option. This is an area where very few places have AC, so you need to make sure you are comfortable sleeping with windows open and very loud ocean. We were new to the pacific ocean, and it's about 20 times more intense than being in florida on the gulf. Not a complaint or anything negative, just interesting fact.

Very comfortable and what a view!

We stayed three nights in March 2022 and had a great visit. The view is amazing. The sound of the ocean waves came through our open bedroom windows and lulled us to sleep every night. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything you need for an extended stay. Would be nice if units had their own washer/dryers in them but the shared laundry room was clean and easily accessible. The property is very secure and quiet and we're looking forward to staying their again next spring.

Beautiful View and general location

We loved the view, sounds of ocean and physical location to the area. The unit was nice and would recommend with awareness of potential obstacles. With some adjustments, this older unit would be dynamite. Dining room table and living room side chairs chairs were wobbly and needed to be careful. One of the Bedroom doors and bed squeak. The bathrooms were fantastic and beautiful. Kitchen was great but cleanliness was subpar upon our arrival. We used the Kuerig coffee machine which was a great to have. The other coffee machine we did not use but noticed the two broken pots that should be replaced for future guests. Prior to arrival, contacted VRBO for passcodes and arrival instructions. Was sent information which included the wrong Wi-Fi code. On day of arrival, security did not have my information or keys. Other units had arrival envelopes ready to go, but not our reservation. Security even said I didn’t have a reservation. I had to provide my copy of booking in order to get the keys and validate my reservation. Additionally, reached out the property contact twice and never received a response or call to this day. In order to use pool and hot tub you would need to register and has a passcode from property owner. We were not able to use the pool/hot tub as passcode to book time a lot was never provided even though was part of what we paid for. The day after our arrival, construction was occurring above the unit. Luckily it was only one day. Sounds like a lot of obstacles, however that was our reality. Again, the view/sounds of the ocean and physical location was superb! I hope items called out will be addressed for future renters to really be able to enjoy this property.

Excellent location

The property was great I stay at Northcoast often when I come to SD. This is a great family property with a lot to offer and amazing views. My only downside to this property is that we had no where to hang our clothes, like no closet space so that we a bummer because we needed that. There were a few cosmetic things, but nothing that took away from our stay and the sound of the waves.

Fun Family staycation

The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views and cool breezes. Had access to 2 pools, 2 spas, multiple game rooms and gym. The unit is an end unit so are able to have ocean and beach views from both bedrooms as well as the living room and balcony. Easy check in and check out process. The grounds of the complex are well maintained with beautiful gardens and waterfalls. The property manager, Randi, responded quickly to my texts and emails. We were a family of 6 -- my hubby and I with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids. We had booked this unit partially based on the fact that it's advertised as sleeping 6 since there are two bedrooms each with a king bed plus it was supposed to have a fold out couch. There is no fold out couch and the sofa is too small to be able to have two kids -- 7 & 11 -- fit on it to sleep. We had to improvise and push an ottoman against one end of the sofa to make a sleeping area for one of them while the other slept on the end that was elongated. Worked for them, but, doubtful it would work for older youth or adults. Only had 5 dining room table chairs, but, weather was beautiful so two of us usually ate outside on the balcony. Apparently, chair was broken by renter before us and had not yet been replaced. Beds were very comfortable and we loved being able to fall asleep to the ocean sounds. Was super nice to be able to just walk short distance from the unit to get to the beach or the pool. Kids absolutely had fun time and we created many special family memories. The unit can use a little "TLC" but, overall, is in good condition and a very nice place to stay.

Incredible views from this condo!

The property was exactly as described. The view from the deck was amazing and the location was perfect. So close to the harbor, restaurants, shopping, etc. The resort was very well maintained and had something for every member of the family.
