Our house is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is a 2 minute drive and 16 minute walk to the main street of Rye where you can enjoy the cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping, a walk along the pier and soak up the sun relaxing on the beach.

We welcome you to our house and simply ask that you love and respect our house as much as we do.

Featuring a lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa, a 55 inch TV, air conditioner, Coonara wood heater and a large 8 seater table.

A spacious retro Kitchen which has all amenities. Fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Laundry with washing machine.

Bathroom has shower over bath. Separate toilet.

Featuring 4 bedrooms it can comfortably sleep 10 people.

Ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and airconditioning in bedroom 4.

A 32" TV in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.

Waterproof mattress protectors, waterproof pillow protectors, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, doona's, doona covers are supplied for each bed.

Towels are supplied for each person.

Games room with a comfy sofa, a Foosball table, board games, card games and a large chalk board.

Large undercover veranda is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.

Large driveway with an undercover carport with space to park 2 cars, a boat, or jetskis.

** Please ensure all appliances are used correctly and any candles, the air conditioner, bbq, fire place etc are turned off and all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving the house.

** Please also make sure all items used in the kitchen are washed and the kitchen is left clean and tidy.

** Please clean BBQ before leaving.

CODE OF CONDUCT :- The code of conduct rules enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire must be followed at all times if these rules are not followed they have the right to issue fines which will be passed onto the guests staying at the property.

This includes no aggressive or loud behaviour.

Outdoor areas must not be used between 11pm to 7am.

Additional accommodation is not allowed on the property by way of tents, caravans, campervans or similar facilities.

Vehicles must be parked inside the property and not on the nature strip.
