Our house is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is a 2 minute drive and 16 minute walk to the main street of Rye where you can enjoy the cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping, a walk along the pier and soak up the sun relaxing on the beach.

We welcome you to our house and simply ask that you love and respect our house as much as we do.

* Please note: no internet at the property.

Featuring a lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa, a 55 inch TV, air conditioner, Coonara wood heater and a large 8 seater table.

A spacious retro Kitchen which has all amenities. Fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Laundry with washing machine.

Bathroom has shower over bath. Separate toilet.

Featuring 4 bedrooms it can comfortably sleep 10 people.

Ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and airconditioning in bedroom 4.

A 32" TV in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.

Waterproof mattress protectors, waterproof pillow protectors, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, doona's, doona covers are supplied for each bed.

2 towels are supplied for each person.

Games room with a comfy sofa, a Foosball table, board games, card games and a large chalk board.

Large undercover veranda is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.

Large driveway and an undercover carport with space to park 4 cars, a boat, or jetskis.

** Please ensure all appliances are used correctly and any candles, the air conditioner, bbq, fire place etc are turned off and all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving the house.

** Please also make sure all items used in the kitchen are washed and put away in the cupboards and drawers and the kitchen is left clean and tidy and the bbq is cleaned before leaving.

CODE OF CONDUCT :- The code of conduct rules enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire must be followed at all times if these rules are not followed they have the right to issue fines which will be passed onto the guests staying at the property.

This includes no aggressive or loud behaviour.

Outdoor areas must not be used between 11pm to 7am.

Additional accommodation is not allowed on the property by way of tents, caravans, campervans or similar facilities.

Vehicles must be parked inside the property and not on the nature strip.

Everything we needed

We absolutely loved our stay here, we had everything we needed and it was just like being at home but with a much better location of down the road from the beach We will definitely stay here again, great place and great location Thank you for thinking of everything and everyone 😀

Spacious, clean, comfortable and a great location!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. The photos don’t do It justice. It is spacious with plenty of beds for guests, all amenities function well, plenty of towels provided, all the items needed for the kitchen, clean bbq and a great outdoor space with plenty of grass also. The small games space is also great for kids too. The communication with the owner was wonderful and clear too. We would highly recommend this property.

Very clean and tidy had plenty of room for all of us together, and close to the beach and shops.

Very happy with the house , it was very clean when we arrived. The rooms were large and there was plenty of room for all of us, the gardens and outside were big and very tidy it was easy to find and close to the beach and shops. Thoroughly enjoy our time and will definitely book again.

Relaxing and comfortable

We booked this for the Grand Final weekend and it comfortably slept the whole family and partners. A nice walk (about 15 mins) to Rye township. The house is older, but clean and warm with the heater going. All the wood we needed was already stacked next to the fire, with clear instructions. The kitchen was a sadly a challenge for us as we were doing heaps of cooking with a broken oven door, but we told the owner and I have no doubt that it will be fixed already. The BBQ was also well used and was clean and a really good size. It was literally off the back door of the kitchen and under cover, so bacon and eggs for brekky was cooked for 10 hungry people. Overall, a really nice, clean and comfortable holiday rental. It would be a great place to spend summer hols at too.
