Somer Holiday - Somerset Dam

Somer Holiday is a house situated at 10 First Avenue, Somerset Dam. Come and stay and enjoy all manner of water sports as we are close to the spit or just come and stay to relax as our large deck opens on to bush land and comes equipped with a BBQ and pizza oven. There is also a built in wood burning fire place for those winter days.
Your holiday home offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people in total
2 x Queen bedrooms
1x King bedroom with ensuite
2x bedroom with bunk beds
2 x family areas both with TV and Blue Ray players.
Downstairs entertainment area with Slate Pool Table.
Extra downstairs entertainment area with daybed.
Fully ducted airconditioning with individual room controls.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, cooktop, underbench oven and dishwasher.
2 x bathrooms (master with ensuite)
1 x powder room
Games and books and dvd's are available for your entertainment.
On & off street parking for a large boat or jetski.
Generous off street parking
All pillows and dooners are provided. Please bring your own sheets and bath and beach towels and tea towels. There is no wi fi at the house but Telstra has service.
Close to the spit and Coronation Hall. Excellent stay for Weddings.
Washing up and laundry items provided.

Pre Christmas getaway!

A quick 2 night stay before Christmas, plenty of room for the boats and skis, comfy beds and aircon! We were able to check in early and check out late which was fantastic! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

Family get together

Our family group met up here for our get together. The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in both outside areas and also playing few games of pool.The area is beautiful with lots of wildlife. I enjoyed walking in the area and also coffee from the general store. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best so we weren't able to make the most of beautiful Somerset dam or the pizza oven. I definately recommend staying here and I would stay here again next time. Weekend on the water

Definitely recommend this property for any group looking to stay at Somerset. We had an awesome weekend at the dam, only five minutes away from The Spit boat ramp. The house’s amenities were in great condition with the kid’s enjoying the pool table and backyard.

Beautiful house in Somerset

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is spacious, super comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The location is great as it's so close to the spit! Has plenty of parking space and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely go back!

Somerset getaway

Great property. Got the family together & had a wonderful time. 5 mins travel to the dam. Plenty of space to enjoy - house is perfect for a group. As past reviews indicate - great communication, plenty of parking space for cars / boats / jet skis available. House is well supplied with everything you need within. Pool table was a win too... Only negatives I could add which may help some, just one fridge thus it was lucky we had travel fridges in cars. Very limited storage available for gear at night (i.e. tow toys). Will return without thought though!

Lovely house at foothills of the mountain

Very lovely and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting with gorgeous mountain backdrop. Clean and well equipped. Communication was friendly and positive. There is no wifi - may be important to know if planning to take teens or stream movies etc. I was grateful for the reminder to bring all towels and sheets incl King size which we had borrow. Great quiet location close to the water and walking/hiking tracks. Thanks Tanya and Kerry for a very special stay.
