Somer Holiday - Somerset Dam

Somer Holiday is a house situated at 10 First Avenue, Somerset Dam. Come and stay and enjoy all manner of water sports as we are close to the spit or just come and stay to relax as our large deck opens on to bush land and comes equipped with a BBQ and pizza oven. There is also a built in wood burning fire place for those winter days.
Your holiday home offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people in total
2 x Queen bedrooms
1x King bedroom with ensuite
2x bedroom with bunk beds
2 x family areas both with TV and Blue Ray players.
Downstairs entertainment area with Slate Pool Table.
Extra downstairs entertainment area with daybed.
Fully ducted airconditioning with individual room controls.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, cooktop, underbench oven and dishwasher.
2 x bathrooms (master with ensuite)
1 x powder room
Games and books and dvd's are available for your entertainment.
On & off street parking for a large boat or jetski.
Generous off street parking
All pillows and dooners are provided. Please bring your own sheets and bath and beach towels and tea towels. There is no wi fi at the house but Telstra has service.
Close to the spit and Coronation Hall. Excellent stay for Weddings.
Washing up and laundry items provided.

Beautiful house in Somerset

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is spacious, super comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The location is great as it's so close to the spit! Has plenty of parking space and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely go back!

We stay here regularly to enjoy family weekends at Somerset with our wake boat, The house is ideal for our family to relax after a day on the water.

Pre Christmas getaway!

A quick 2 night stay before Christmas, plenty of room for the boats and skis, comfy beds and aircon! We were able to check in early and check out late which was fantastic! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

Great stay in Somerset

Had a great 2 nights staying in this property. Catered for 4 adults and 5 kids- kids loved the pool table & Wii games. Adults loved the deck & ducted a/c. Quite residence, close to dam, this place will be highly recommended to anyone.

Weekend on the water

Definitely recommend this property for any group looking to stay at Somerset. We had an awesome weekend at the dam, only five minutes away from The Spit boat ramp. The house’s amenities were in great condition with the kid’s enjoying the pool table and backyard.

Perfect stay

The property was clean, inviting and had everything you need for a holiday by the dam. Location was fantastic only 4 minutes to the boat ramp and the perfect place for a day camp for people jumping on and off the wakeboat and jetski. Would definitely return
