Quiet house in the heart of Six-Fours Les Plages
The house is both bright and cool in summer.
You enjoy the calm of the hamlet, the proximity of the city center with a Provencal market every morning.

The 110 m2 house is on three levels, refurbished on two levels.

- Ground floor: US kitchen, living room and dining room with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave and toilet.
- on the 1st: 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed accompanied by a second '90' drawer bed, a bathroom with washing machine and toilet, then a second bedroom with 140 mezzanine bed accompanied by a small balcony,
- in the 2nd parental bedroom with 180 cm bed, shower room and tropézienne with pergola.
- there are 2 bathrooms and bathrooms.
Parking is easy as there is a large car park nearby.
The beaches are 5 minutes away and access can be easily achieved by bicycle. You can enjoy both beautiful sandy beaches and coves.
The gaou peninsula and its 'voices of the gaou' festival are 5 minutes away and also accessible by bicycle.
The beaches are 2.8 km away and a bus line takes you there if necessary or accessible by bicycle.
Les Embiez, Bendor, Bandol, Sanary are nearby as well as Hyères, Giens and Porqueroles. Saint Tropez is 1 hour away.
