New kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher and modern appliances including Nespresso machine with pods and tea selection this sits in between the generous sized dining table or the back yard with the BBQ and outdoor setting.

60" Samsung LCD TV with Netflix and free high-speed (250mpbs) Wi-fi included.

We also pride ourselves on having properties with good water pressure for nice hot showers and plush new bedding on high-grade pillow top mattresses.

Off-street parking is metres from the back door in the secure yard through remote control roll-a-door access.

This residence is council approved as short-term accommodation for full peace of mind.

It's across the road from City Park and the monkey enclosure (rated in Australia's Top 10 Parks), across from the Albert Hall and on the same block as Saturday's Harvest Market - again a previous award winner of Australia's best farmers market. The City shopping is just 1.5 blocks away, Boags brewery 1.5 blocks away and the University of Tasmania Stadium (previously Aurora Stadium) just 800m away.

We have three properties available, all right next to each other in Launceston's CBD (the 3 bedroom heritage townhouse with the modern touches plus two new 1 bedroom spacious apartments).

We also like constantly updating them, so when guests return they often notice something new!

Why they chose this property

This townhouse is well known in Launceston, right across from the City Park with views over to the monkey enclosure from the master bedroom, across from the iconic Albert Hall and within 2 blocks of the city centre.

We had the opportunity to buy it while it needed some love, and have given the exterior a full restoration, brand new bathroom and toilets, full repaint and airconditioning and heating. A mix of the modern, while understanding it's a heritage property.

And with parking and a private backyard so close to the city it's a pretty rare find!
