Penfold Cottage has 3 bedrooms with a queen and bunks in each room. Brand-new walk-through shower. It has an open living area with a reverse cycle system and oil heaters in each of the bedrooms. There is plenty of flat off-street parking and a secure yard. The sliding gate to street access is lockable if required. Penfold has fast unlimited NBN Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
All the queen beds have electric blankets, the sheets are supplied by a professional linen service and the remaining linen is laundered in our private commercial washer at the required 65 degrees. Our cleaners use commercial grade products.
Penfold Cottage is pet friendly and your furry friends are welcome inside as there is Tasmanian oak polished floorboards throughout.
Guests have access to the entire property except for the double garage and cleaning shed.

The house was exactly as advertised and was judt fine for me and dogs. The only didadvantage was the truck traffic which sfarted about 5 am and prevented sleep. Some of the bigger trucks even shook the house as they passed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Penfold Cottage. Everything you need for a relaxing stay! Clean & tidy, convenient and is a quick trip to the city. We had two small dogs with us and was no problem. Would recommend to anyone!

Family funeral interstate
